Hidden Gem in Orlando – A Latin Flavor Explosion That Left Us Speechless!
Visiting from Miami, we’re used to sticking with the usual chain spots when in Orlando—but this time, we wanted something different. While scrolling online, we stumbled upon this place and were immediately drawn in by the photos of juicy meat platters and the promise of authentic Latin flavor.
We rolled in with a big group of about 12 people, and let’s just say… first impressions didn’t blow us away. A few of us headed straight to the restroom and between that and the overall vibe, we honestly lowered our expectations fast. But when you’re traveling with a big crew, you know how it is—once you’re parked and seated, the last thing you want is to start over.
So, we stayed. And thank goodness we did.
Because what came next absolutely blew us away. We ordered the Picanha steak platter, fried yuca, and the cheese cachapa with a side of Picanha—and we haven’t stopped talking about it since. Everything was cooked to perfection. The steak? Incredibly tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. The yuca was crispy on the outside, soft inside, and that cheese cachapa was everything we didn’t know we needed—sweet, savory, and satisfying in every bite.
We loved it so much, we came back the next day. Yes—back-to-back dinners during our trip because that’s how much it hit the spot.
If you’re in Orlando and looking for a place that delivers BIG on flavor and surprises you in all the best ways—skip the chains and try this spot. It’s the kind of under-the-radar gem you’ll be bragging about to your foodie...
Read moreDon’t go!!!!! Zero stars is what this deserves. This is by far the worse experience that I have ever had in my life. We visited orlando like we usually do and it was my husbands idea to invite the family here after seeing a TikTok and the good reviews in Google, little did we know what we had coming. Keep in mind we were 6 adults and 4 kids under 2. Let’s start by saying as soon I enter the place it has a bad smell to me, it smelled like urine or like roach poison spray. We had not eating all day today 09/15/15 and we decide to stay even after the bad vibe. We all sat down and ordered. Food took for ever to come out when it did it came out before our drink and we waiting over 40 minutes for the food and an additional 10 minutes to receive our drinks. Food was awful nothing like pictured online. There was so much food left right on that table no one could even touch the yuca, rice was cold, meat did not taste well, chicken had some red near the center. Margaritas and shakes were okay, but could have been better. We felt some air at the beginning and the rest we were sweating, the ac definitely was not turned on. Server had a nice attitude but not a great performance. The place was empty for the services to be this bad. And what topped off everything was the amount that we paid. For just me and my husband it was 109 of course with the added tip which in this case she did not deserve at all. This place is putting Venezuela culture and food on the floor. We...
Read moreWe got flat sodas, had tried to order certain item food item to find out they only had one of them to get, then for my sides I asked for mashed potatoes and they didn’t even have them. So we both decided to get the ribeye steak. As soon as we got our food my steak was very salty but my boyfriends was just fine, then once we got our bill they charged us $85 which honestly shouldn’t be worth two steaks especially if one is very salty, not only that THEY tipped themselves without even asking if we wanted to tip! Will never come back, the only good thing about their food was the fries, but they shouldn’t have made us have to tip themselves, made us feel like they robbed us, so if you do wanna come to a place where they charge you a big amount for just two items and not even have certain items like it says on the menu then your welcome to go here, but me and my boyfriend will never come back, it was very bad! I would not recommend this place as a bar and grill, especially when they only have one flavor of margaritas or very little...
