Poor housekeeping and management. My bedding was super dirty upon arrival- I asked for new bedding and even picked it up myself from the office and out it on the bed myself. I went to rent again and was told I'm on the "Do Not Rent To List" with a nite that says I'm "picky" So apparently you're picky if you expect clean bedding. Let's also note I've been renting from them for YEARS and have spent thousands with them and because I complained ONE NIGHT I'm now on their "Do Not Rent To List"

My dog was staying in a room with a person that did not have legal right to him. When i called the front desk...KNOWING he was there... he said he could not connect me to his room because he was very mad at him. I have 2 small children at home and could not leave due to them sleeping. When i explained to him the situation he was very rude and simply hung up on me. I sent my girlfriend to the establishment to get my dog out of the room...WHERE PETS ARENT ALLOWED TO STAY.....and she was greeted with police presence from an ongoing drug raid....this is not the first that ive heard of this....along woth bed bugs. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Very unprofessional...

DISGUSTING !! How was my stay? Quite frankly didn’t even want to stay! Let’s start with the FRONT DESK .. very rude! The heavy set scruffed face dirty blue shirt guy who insisted on not telling me his name told me over the phone which calls aren’t recorded that my room would be booked for 2 NIGHTS however when I arrived, and payed for my room for the dates I implied over the phone/at the front desk as well he then said that I would I have to leave the next morning. Mind you he was very rude the entire time, when I asked for a refund he got angry with me and said he would CALL the COPS!! also NO REFUNDS!!! WOULD NOT SPEND MY MONEY!!! HOPE THE PICTURES DO...
