We stayed 1 week at the Country Rose RV Park with FHU for $209.60. Each gravel site is level and all utilities worked as expected. The newish bathrooms are very clean. The showers are $1.50 for 10 minutes. The laundry room was $2 to wash and $1 to dry. The management was friendly and helpful. The park is easy to navigate, even in a big rig. The Wi Fi was consistently strong at 9 Mbps during the day and sometimes very slightly slower at night. This Wi Fi is better than most. I received over 30 OTA TV channels and satellite owners should have no issues as there are few trees. Some sites have a picnic table and concrete patio. There is a small fenced in area for dogs. There is dedicated area for tents with lush grass. Packages are accepted by the office for residents. The rv park is only 7 miles from Kanab and well located for sight seeing and/or off trail fun. At night the park was very quiet. We felt very safe during our stay.

I think most of the spots with trees are for the FT residence but the host put us in a nice spot with a tree. I prefer a little grass, tree, picnic. They are obviously expanding & I don't like dry open spaces but heck its Arizona!!. Definitely great for an overnight stop but not a long term stay. Well maintained & lovely host. Paid showers. Clean nice area. Affordable overnight stay. Dog friendly with small little doggie area.

Medium sized park with large sites, a dog park, and modern, clean bathroom suites with $3/10 minute showers. Friendly owner, excellent Wifi. In a perfect location for day trips to visit Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon North Rim, and many other attractions. The region is an ATVer’s paradise.

Campsite we were assigned in our conformation didn't exist, because of the construction. Office was closed so called the phone # posted and got a very nice person in St George, Utah. She told us the new site and gave us the wifi pass word and door codes to the laundry, restrooms & shower and explained the current manager had an emergency. We found our site and got set up, then discovered the wifi pass word didn't work, but we did have great cell reception. The next day after hiking we wanted to take showers but door code didn't work. Called the number again and she told she would call the owner and call us back. In the mean time another guest stopped at the restroom and we asked him what the code was and we were able to get in! Now come the reason for the low rating: the shower was coin operated!!!! We had no cash and didn't have time to find a cash machine, then get quarters and make our dinner reservations. I've never stayed in a camp ground that had coin operated showers, plus their website made no mention that you had to pay for showers! Hopefully the remodel removes the...

I rented the 5th Wheel Rv from Country Rose RV Park and Campground, in Fredonia, Az. Great location for North Rim/ Eastern Edge of the Arizona strip and OHV trails in and around Kanab, Utah. The Rv is nice and spacious, pull through parking, has a comfy bed, super hot water and a deck so you can enjoy the dark sky for stargazing! I would give it five stars but the RV wobbles a little bit. Not sure if wheels need to be chock or re-level the trailer, but would still rent from again. :) No it’s not my first time in a 5th wheel. We were in going to buy an RV before we sold the Chevy 2500 HD, we rented a few bumper pull Toy Haulers, rented a truck with a fifth wheel setup and a fifth wheel toy hauler and have occupied a couple of friends fifth wheels parked at Glamis Dunes. However, because of covid 19, unforeseen surgeries, and the high cost of diesel fuel and DEF, we decided to put off the purchase of a RV for a...
