Fullerton Inn — Hotel in Fullerton

If you're reading this, TURN AROUND! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT! it wouldn't allow me to comment on it, if I didn't at least give it 1 star.

First off, the rooms are a mess! THEIR ENTIRE STAFF NEEDS RETRAINING, EVEN MANAGEMENT. Better yet, they ALL NEED TO BE REPLACED! The microwave in our room, wouldn't work properly after numerous attempts to contact the front office about it, they sent no one to fix it or explain to us how it worked. (Its ancient). We go to the front office to ask the guy upfront if he could warm our food, since the one in our room doesnt work, and after awhile he finally said ok. My mom and I walked to the designated smoking area, to smoke a ciggarette, with two water bottles in our hands that we bought from THEIR vending machine, and shortly after was harrassed by both men from the office that claimed to be "the night shift managers". same ones we asked to warm our food. One even CHARGED at my mother trying to hit her! CRAZY! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! IMAGINE THAT, TWO MEN, CHARGING AT TWO FEMALES! Their excuse was, they thought we were drinking, but all we had in our hands were WATER BOTTLES. That we bought from THEIR VENDING MACHINES! Thank God we have witnesses, a couple sitting across from us in the same designated smoking area, were shocked to see how it all played out. Not even 5 minutes were we standing there with our cigarette, and they harrassed us! Who do we turn to, to talk to, if the ones who were harassing us are suppose to be the managers?! I can only imagine what they've done to tenants in the past, it seems so NATURAL for them to HIT ON WOMEN. Because of that incident, we moved closer to our room to smoke a cigarette because of how UNCOMFORTABLE we felt and sat by the stairwell, AGAIN, the man comes over. They watched us the entire time like we stole something. Just STARING at us, threatening us with their eyes. upon sitting on the stairs for 5 minutes, he comes over and says FINAL WARNING. I didnt know that it was illegal to sit on the stairs, he said its policy that i cant sit there. I asked him WHERE DID IT SAY I COULDNT SIT ON THESE STEPS, DID I SIGN A PAPER THAT HAS THAT FULLY EXPLAINED TO ME? No, I know its not your policy. Mind you, there are maybe 5-6 other people standing around and not ONCE did they talk to them! We were not harrassed once, not twice, but THREE times with these men. AND WERE WOMEN!!!! THE THIRD TIME IS WHEN THE NEXT MORNING, THE SAME MAN SHOWS UP AT MY CAR WINDOW! STARING AT ME WITH HIS BROOM AND DUSTPAN IN HIS HAND. HOW CREEPY IS THAT?! Asking me WHAT AM I DOING? I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN TO A PLACE SO UNPROFESSIONAL! SO UNETHICAL! If you're looking for a place to stay for the week, (that's how long we've stayed), a few nights, or even ONE night, DO NOT COME HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND YOU BRING YOUR KIDS, YOUR GIRLFRIEND/BOYFRIEND, HUSBAND/WIFE, GRANDMA/GRANDPA because the people who run this establishment, must all be family. People say the streets are bad, they might as well be a gang!

Stay with me now. Today, I tried to resolve yesterday's issue with the "day shift manager", who also claimed she's the owner, HANNA. To no surprise, she didn't want to listen to what I had to say, its safe to assume this must be a family business. She didn't even take the time to listen to the issues at hand, let alone APOLOGIZE for this brutal treatment! Because of prior experience with the INCOMPETENT staff, I no longer wanted to speak with any " management" because they've already failed at doing their jobs! I kindly asked her 10 times for the owners contact information, she refused, walked off and bypassed me as if I were nobody. Its obvious this establishment has no RESPECT for their customers. This is how Fullerton Inn treats people, THIS IS A TRAVESTY. At the rate they're going, they won't be in business for long! Management is the issue and the owner seems to be unreachable! Trust me, FULLERTON INN WILL NO LONGER HAVE GUESTS TO CHECK IN. I will tell all my friends and family NOT...

My boyfriend and I got the king bed hotel room that has the jacuzzi spa tub in the room. The jacuzzi tub has room for up to 4 people because it is pretty big. My boyfriend and I had plenty of room to be in the jacuzzi tub together and that was relaxing and romantic. The king bed is comfortable and the towels and linens are clean. The room has a nice time bathroom and shower. The lamp above the bathroom mirror didn't work and the bulb wouldn't stay lit. There were some scratches and marks on the bathroom mirrors and the mirrors by the jacuzzi tub, which I didn't notice until a couple hours before check out because more light was in the hotel room. The air conditioner works very well. The staff was nice and made check in and check out very quick. The room deposit fee is $20, and they accept cash or credit card/ debit card. For the jacuzzi tub room, the deposit is $40. The room deposit is refunded at check out at the front desk. I think their pool is open for public use again and I think the front desk will provide extra towels if you request them. Nice location for the hotel and there is plenty of parking and the parking is free. Additionally, the place is quiet. In the morning about 3-4 hours before checking out, there was a lot of noise that was annoying because they were doing construction to the hotel. I didn't like that because it made me uncomfortable with so much random construction noise which stopped me from being able to watch TV. The room also has a microwave and mini refrigerator. A desk and a coffee maker are also in the room. There was a phone in the room, but it did not have phone signal. The carpet on the floor looks older, and has a lot of dirt and use. They probably vacuumed the floors, but the carpet is older and has been used a lot. I like that there are some restaurants, including fast food restaurants nearby even within walking distance. There is a wonderful Mexican restaurant nearby which has drive through and is open 24 hours. I would stay...

This place is in need of new Management and possible new owner. It's very spotty at best with several places of gizz is evident on carpet and in seats and found on the couch.. You be the judge of the filth found in the room. It won't be long before you feel the same way as I did.. This Motel could have been used during the beginning year of the mortgage melt down. That's what I felt and seen how bad they are behind with regard to the needed repair this location here needs.. The Front Desk Clerk with buckteeh was a pain in the you know where. The Cleaning lady was very lazy and unhappy about doing her job. The swimming pool was out of order, I mean come on it's summer time with un-usable swimming pool during the beginning summer... I don't know why they even have water in it if it's going to stay like this..??.. Also in the room you will see and find Gang Land markings to many areas of the room and Motel.. The owner's of this location posible Asian Chinese... The WiFI hardly ever stay working long enough to keep my attention on the Internet.. i jus watch the snow riddin TV picture.. But I jus couldn't stay at this place any longer for it had many countless problems.. I only wish I could have give à 1/2 score instead of the 1 star Motel rating...Also, I only paid $ 84.00 for the 1 nights stay which was way more than a welcome back from me ever again.... Did I forget to mention that I won't ever be coming back here to...
