Burgertown — Restaurant in Fullerton

My family has been going to burgertown for almost 30 years, we love their food. This review is not about their food because its great, it about their employees managing through this pandemic. With new standards for restaurants of wearing face masks for the safety of their employees and customers. This something they are not doing. I pulled up to the drive through window and the girl was not wearing a mask. I gave her my card and she started coughing, which made me feel uncomfortable. My order wasn't ready so I waited in my car. After a couple of minutes, I go inside to pick up my order. I notice that none of the employees were wearing masks (cashier, waitress, cooks, food prep.) The first and only time I will go to this place. I placed my order vai drive-thru, got all the way home only to get a completely different order than what I was charged for. Called the place immediately and was asked to come back to fix it. I explained to the lady I was in the area and that's an inconvenience. She told me I could come back the next day to remake it correctly. So I did that and now the manager on duty refuses to honor the employee's resolution. So not only did I get charged for an item, but didn't get the order correct and now they refuse to remake it or refund me the difference! Never again will I go this place! This was my first time ever coming here and honestly I will definitely come back again. I got something simple. I ordered a bean & cheese burrito as well as a burger combo with fries and drink. I'll start off by saying that the food was delicious. Tasted very good, especially the burger. It has that nice charbroiled taste to it and had a hefty amount of everything else inside. Service was also excellent they were quick to take my order at the drive thru and the cashier was nice and efficient.
