HR Market — Local services in Fullerton

I don't come this way very often but my cigarette brand had an online coupon for a few bucks off a pack. I had just used the same coupon about 2 weeks prior.

So I go up to the counter and ask if I can use the coupon. There were 2 guys working and they both said no coupons.i was surprised since I had just used it there 2 weeks prior.

So I asked why doesn't the store take the coupons any more? I was the cigarette brand was not paying any more,I had to chuckle a bit and said I'm sorry I don't believe that. Camel wouldn't just stop paying the stores for the coupons.

After the response from the market I am even more confused. Are you saying Camel does not pay stores for their coupons? That's interesting because I spoke to Camel on the phone and they said the coupons are good, some stores decide not to accept them. Those stores should be removed from the Camel app/website lookup so customers know.

I don't understand why any business would run their business this way and basically lie to the customer. Of course I left and bought nothing at the store. In high school I used to love this place. The people there were very kind. A few years ago I met a true scumbag that was extremely racist towards me and had a horrible attitude. This caused me to stop going here for a while. About a month ago I decided to give this place another shot. There was a genuinely nice man that I would frequently see and I let him know that he is the reason why I have returned to shopping with them. Well, today I went in to buy a few items and have decided to never return. The lady working there spoke to a customer for a long time about vegas and trips with a smile. When I was checking out she could not even reply to my hello. She was wiping her nose and with the same hand grabbed the food that I was planning on eating. Then with the same hand took my card. She did not have the decency to hand me the card back in my open hand but placed it close to her so I had to reach to get it back. She literally just gave the person ahead of me amazing service but I am treated as if I am a bother. Well, I will no longer be a bother to them. Morning and happy MLK DAY. Went in this morning since I live across the street. This older women who works there is not The friendliest who’ represents HR MARKET. The milks are expired and I think she is too. not only Is she very rude but she speeds you up when you pay with anger on her face makes you feel very disrespected on every visit. When you pay with EBT she tries not to gives you a receipt when’s you ask. and she over charges you in a sneaky way and gets mad when you catch her. I don’t know if she hates Mexicans but it looks that way. Long story short be careful. everyone else that Works there doesn’t give me any issues it’s always the older woman who gives problems.
