Went into mattress firm with an idea of just getting a basic bed. When Mimi greeted me at the door, I told her exactly what I was looking for and she helped me look for options within my budget. She showed me several different mattresses and educated me on all the differences between them as well as which ones are better for different sleeping styles. She informed me of an amazing promotion on the adjustable bed frame and how it would be included in the cost of the mattress. It couldn’t be a better deal! After seeing how much I loved the adjustable bed frame, she showed me some different types if I wanted to upgrade my sleep life even more. She was very transparent about how much more expensive each one would be. I ended up loving the bed frame that adjusts for my back and legs, but unfortunately it wasn’t in my budget. Here comes Mimi to the rescue where she begins to work her magic. She was able to upgrade the bed frame to the one I loved, go with the bed that was best for me, and even include the delivery for both items with barely adding any cost to my initial budget. On 1/14/25 we walked in and immediately were greeted by the salesman. We kind of knew what we wanted but he insisted we lay on all of these beds starting with the most expensive, when I saw it was memory foam I immediately told him we could skip because we don't like memory foam but it was like he knew better and didn't want to listen to us. It was very clear from the start he wanted a sale and not to help. I mentioned we wanted to purchase out right and he insisted on an application for a rent to own. I started getting bad vibes about 5 minutes in specially when he would listen to what I would say and dismiss it. We finally gave in on a $1400 set and didn't give us a choice of no protector. He said we had to have one and naturally showed us the most expensive first. We went with the cheapest and sat down and did his application as he wouldn't really let us leave even though I mentioned it was our first stop and were shopping around. The application ended up not going through and he dropped us like a bad habit. It was so weird. We went down the street after and purchased a $1200 mattress set cash and the vibes were so different. We ended up getting free delivery AND 2 free mattress protectors. Totally left a bad taste...

Due to the importance and investment that comes with a quality mattress I wanted to do my due diligence in researching various companies and products. Like most, I enjoy a solid deal but I also see the value in higher priced products that deliver far beyond their counterparts. Surprisingly I found both to be true with high quality products at an excellent price at the Mattress Firm in Garden Grove.

Caesar is your go to expert if you enjoy a pressure free knowledgeable tour of their store and products. I came in wanting a more standard posturepedic model and Caeser helped me realize my needs were better suited for a different series of mattress. Yes it’s an investment, but I was quoted an amazing deal AND felt I was given the time to choose what really fit my wants and needs-which to me is priceless.
