Wish I could give a 5-star rating because the service is friendly and general area cleanliness is great. As for the rooms….if you’re on the first floor BEWARE OF SPIDERS!!!! EVERY MORNING I WAKE UP TO A VISITOR IN THE BATHROOM. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly and black stuff would come out of the drains after the water had completely gone down. The carpet was stained red and the furniture looked like it had love stains or who knows what (gag!). Pray you don’t have a next door neighbor. The walls are paper thin and when their door shuts it’s super LOUD that the wall shakes and rattles the headboard and wall lamps. Last but certainly not least, the WiFi IS SUPER SLOW !!! Could hardly get any work done because the internet is too slow and disconnects alot. They advertise “High-Speed” Wifi (yeah right) you’re better off using your hotspot. For an Air Force hotel you’d think they’d have fast reliable internet right?! Certainly not the case here. Just thought you should know what...
Read moreThis hotel needs some renovations. We initially stayed on the 4th floor and woke up to no hot water. The front desk told us we needed to let it run a few minutes for it to work. After about 10 minutes we gave up and asked to change rooms. They moved us to the 2nd floor. It still took a while for the hot water to warm up depending on the time of day as the other rooms share the same tank, apparently. The fridges in both rooms were very noisy with gurgling sound, and the thermostats on the walls are very finicky and fragile. The beds are very hard and cheap feeling. I expected an Air Force hotel to...
Read moreRooms are exactly as pictured and advertised. Clean, comfy bed, it was great for a short stay. The a/c was out for most of the building, but the rooms seemed to work fine. They provided extra floor fans just in case, but my a/c system worked great. 4 stars on service only because we were told "Continental breakfast in the morning. We have eggs, coffee, cereal and everything" and in reality it's just prepackaged goods and some fruit on a counter you can grab. Coffee was available as always. Not a Continental breakfast, so make plans to grab something outside the hotel if you want...
