Just stopped by for quick bite to eat. The hours on here say they close at 10pm so I thought nothing of it. As I approached the counter the young man with glasses let out a very loud dramatic groan as he looked over at he's co-worker. He then walked over to the grill and started to clean it off. After a moment he finally looked back up at me and very sarcastically said "how can I help you sir?". A little shocked and ticked off i reluctantly proceeded with my order. I looked over and saw a sign then realized they were 20 minutes from closing. Though I understood their frustration I couldn't believe the customer service on a military base none the less was this awful. As the he's coworker was putting the final touches on my sandwich I realize there was no mayo on it and asked if she didn't mind putting some on before he put the meat on it. She stared at him as if she was trying to hold back from saying something to me like I had just ruined her night with my request. I couldn't believe the attitude I was receiving as a paying customer not once did I argue with them or anything. They seemed so comfortable with their behaviors as if they know there won't be any repercussions. I'll take my business...

"Do you guys have any sauces other than mayo?"
The cashier looked at me with a blank look on her face, pointed behind herself and said,
"There's the menu. If you don't see it then we ain't got it."
I'm sorry but Y'ALL chose to work in fast food, no one forced you. Don't give everyone hell just you're both unhappy with your line of work. Without customers you both wouldn't have hours to work. Work on your customer service skills and learn how to be professional.
I scrolled to read other patrons experiences and it's the same across the board - RUDE EMPLOYEES DELIVERING BOTTOM OF THE BARREL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Management clearly sees what we're saying yet they have made no adjustments to the staff to correct this ongoing issue. Why would anyone spend their money here just to be treated like the same garbage working being the counter?...
Read moreWhen I ask you to cook my food a certain way, don't argue with me. If you don't cook it the way I ask, then I can't eat it. Don't tell me you can't make bacon crispy. It you apply it to heat IT WILL GET CRISPY. Also if you could leave the fries in maybe 30 seconds longer, they'll be better as well. Oh and take your attitude somewhere else !! If you can't be cordial to the customer, maybe you shouldn't work with the public. I was very nice, I didn't give any attitude, I just asked you to over cook the bacon.
