Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia

Horrible customer service! I ordered an impossible king with no pickles, no mustard and onion rings instead of fries. I immediately noticed they gave me fries so I asked them to fix it and they did. I pulled out of the drive thru and checked my sandwich. It was a regular (meat) patty with mustard and pickles wrapped in white paper. I pulled around and politely tried to explain to the lady at the drive thru but she walked off before I could finish and sent a man. He came to the window and said "what's the problem?" I said, I ordered an impossible king with no pickles and no mustard and this is what I got. He said "ok?" I said, this isn't what I ordered...by this time 2 other people came from the back and he told them to make another one, then he walked off. I then said excuse me to get his attention and asked was he the manager. He said, "I'm one of them." I asked, am I inconveniencing you guys because I haven't been rude to anyone, you guys messed my food up and I'm just trying to get what I paid for? I said you're treating me like you're irritated because I want my food to be right. He apologized and I said ok. Another worker brought my sandwich and when I opened it, it was soaked with ketchup (more ketchup than burger). At this point I laughed and said you can keep this, I want my money back! I put the open sandwich on the drive thru counter so the manager could see. I said this is ridiculous and you guys are very rude! You slopped together a microwaved sandwich drenched in ketchup because I wanted it to be right!? He said, "I didn't make the sandwich ma'am." The shift manager then started yelling about what I said as she walked to the back. A female manager came and I tried to explain the situation to her and she instead said I was rude to one of her workers and threw a sandwich at them. I told her I didn't throw anything at anyone and that I just wanted my money back. At no time did anyone apologize or acknowledge the MISTAKE! It was a simple mistake that I just wanted rectified. The management in that place doesn't hold their employees or themselves accountable for their mistakes. They instead blame the customer and escalate situations. They will destroy this...

I’ve been to this place four times now. Three times in the Drive-Thru and once inside. Each time is was not busy. Every time I have been to the Drive-Thru I have had my car pulled up, gotten my order without Ketchup or Napkins, and there has always been a mistake. The mistakes could be explained if they were busy, they weren’t. Then I went inside. The woman at the counter was very nice, but she was honestly the only one. The rest ignored my son when he asked them for a small lid or where they were. Then there was again a mistake, they gave me the wrong order and when I politely went to get it corrected they acted like I was the problem. Again the one person that made it right was blonde haired woman that took my order. I also heard them lying to customers in the Drive-Thru about not having Coke Zero despite it being on their fountain and working. Couple this with a terrible hours, it’s a wonder this place is still running. If you go here always check your food before leaving and if possible avoid the drive-thru. I really hope management addresses this...

Went to the drive through one afternoon while on base. I ordered a small whopper meal #1 or something like that with a diet coke. Simple order. My mom ordered a diet coke. The guy at the window was clueless like he had just been pulled off the street and asked to man the window. He didn't say a single word while taking payment and handing us our food and us saying thank you.

Both diet cokes had no ice in it and were flat as can be. So my mom wanted to go in and get ice and a re-fill. The re-fill was still flat. Oh well, flat soft drinks tend to happen sometimes no big deal but to top it off when I looked in my bag, the order was completely wrong. I had a chicken sandwich which I don't know what meal that is but I had already driven away so it wasn't worth it to go back.

I mean, how do you confuse a whopper (burger) with a chicken sandwich. This guy...
