Towne House Motel — Hotel in Greenville

My situation was already bad enough. This hotel being my only place to keep warm and have shelter. Until I get back on my feet. So im homeless...||Paid for 2 nights had my dog. One towel for 2 daysBlood was on my sheets and the owner wanted me to wait until tomarrow to get new sheets. First night the guy in the room next to me come over and gets a phone and a bag of meth or something out of the ceiling tile. My lights my room have not worked since Night 2 I told them about it they have not once offered toilet paper or clean towels or sheets only offered to clean my room and state it is mandatory that every 3 days I have them clean my room even though I tell them that I'm cleaning my room and I and vacuuming my room exedra which fine whatever they can clean my room or come in but the point is they're lazy and will not do anything for their customer and treat them horrible. I ask for Towels I am told they are out come at 11 am. My wife goes and asked for more towels on the third night as we got a voucher from the church that helps pay $100 of a week's stay at the hotel me paying the other $160. Was told no towels again. So I went back down because I needed a towel, by golly they had Towels and was just to lazy to get them. Stayed one more night at 1am a unknown staff is running around outside saying he found a needle with heroin in the ceiling tile. I was taking my dog with me as I was running the the store to get a cigar. The unknown staff called my wife baby as she and my dog was coming down the steps. When we came back, I ran outside to get my lighter and thw unknown staff hollered at me that I needed to pay a $35 pet fee out of no where. Remember at this point its night 4 i have had my dog and had her in and out of the hotel several times. I told him id take care of it in the morning. I had no money on me. Next thing I know the cops are at my door at 2am ask8ng for a pet fee. I get the owner to agree to take care of it in the am. Little did they know I have Emotional Support Dog and there are laws protecting the handler and the animal. At 10:50 ish theres a knock on the door as im still asleep and its Thanksgiving as well. I try to show the owner my registration and show him the laws. He immediately tells me he is kicking me out. I call an officer to come out and handle the situation because they are being quite hateful the officer tries to reason with them as I tell them I guess I will pay the pet fee because I literally have nowhere else to go but they will not budge and literally kick me and my family out knowing our situation they refuse to return me my money that I paid they refused to give me a receipt and then they get mad when my wife is reporting them and they call the law on her again all because she's recording them and they do not like it so they can't my money for a week and I only stayed one night of that week and it's Thanksgiving they let drug deals going on in their parking lot all night long and then they treat their good customers the people who aren't doing those things like crap. Along with Community Unity I'm sure they will be very upset to hear that they kicked out someone over a emotional support dog when they paid $100 toward a 7-Day stay as I paid 160 towards this and only got one night stay out of this week I paid for that is in my wife's name they will not give me a receipt because I gave them a voucher which is what's the church gave me when I gave them my cash they're kicking me out they're trying to lie about not knowing I had my dog also they can get more money and it's Thanksgiving day. I'm homeless with a child and that was the only place we had to lay our heads. I just do not understand how they can live with their selves what Shady people what nasty dirty conniving people. Stayed there for a week. Me, my other half, and my 2 6 month old twins. When we got there everything seemed clean. Down fall was the door had daylight coming threw all the way around. The door didn’t shut properly. So there for the door didn’t lock very well. We had to make it where no one could come in the room. Because of all the daylight coming threw the door and around the heater/ac. The heater was constantly running all the time. When we got there we checked for bugs of any kind. There wasn’t any at that time. When we went to turn in for the night there was blood stains on the sheets. After 3 days of being there then we started to see cockroaches. We didn’t even want to eat or have any food in the room because the cockroaches just kept getting worse. By the time we left they was everywhere. There was never any hot water. People staying there are not courteous of others staying there. Playing loud music all night walking back in forth in front of out door talking loud waking us and the babies up. I never seen anyone who worked there they always hid inside. People’s trash would sit out side the door for days. They didn’t have a place for people staying to throw the trash away. They have tv but no channel guid to tell you what channel are what. The advertise wi-fi. You can use it for maybe 5 minutes if that it keeps kicking use off and if we did get connected it was extremely slow. It took 30 minutes for one page to load. Towne House Motel||1912, 209 E Main St, Greenville, OH 45331||Motel||Diane Bateman||32 points|| a day ago||This made me rate this place at least a 1, but it doesn't deserve any thing less than being condemned. We had drive 10 hours to this area for a dirt car race and after driving all night and staying awake all day to attend the race we definitely needed sleep. Well we got the sheets and pillows out of car we brought along and put them on top of what they tried to pass as a bed because it looked like the comforter was from when they opened in the 1950s. What was supposed to be 2 bath towels was actually the hand towels from a kitchen. Bath clothes looked like they had been used to clean something but it definitely could not of been this room. So now that I told you about the pros of this room, I will tell you the cons. If you are desperate enough to actually stay here once you enter. I hope you don't mind the smell that I can only describe as a mixture of stale cigarettes, human urine, and god awful body odor because that is the lovely fragrance that greets you from outside the door. I sprayed the whole room with deodorizer that I keep in my car and I mean the whole room, walls, beds, floor, TV, ancient window air conditioner, and entire bathroom. We all fell asleep immediately.
