I'm and over the road truck driver my truck broke down on interstate 35 state highway patrol awesome awesome people gave me a ride from my truck to this motel this motel was overwhelmed with stranded People from breakdown and the blizzard , the manager and her staff actually brought Christmas to each and every one of us she fed us she gave us her personal attention her staff gave their personal attention her staff gave their personal attention to each and every 1 of us the most professional awesome amazing People that I have met and so so so many years , I wanna thank each and every one of them they are awesome they fed us they made us comfortable and they took personal interest in our comfort and our well being this manager is unbelievable she can go around the country and teach the Rest of thesemotels and the And anybody else in this field Of dealing with the public how to treat people they can write a book on it and you know what it is and something that they had to do is something they did out of the kindness of their heart the manager actually spent her Hometime and her family was there helping also these people are unbelievable I don't care what anybody says you're never going to find anybody or staff better than these people here Never! I want to thank you personally each and every one of you for turning a bad situation into something very loving and caring and you brought Christmas to us...

I just had a really wonderful experience at the American enhampton. I write commentary regarding properties for a living and it is rare that I provide an unselicited review of a property or of a property that I've not actually stayed at. I had an interesting situation occurred today and that I needed to print out one quick document but I couldn't find any places such as libraries that were open. I stopped at this American and explain to the front desk clerk that I was a Wyndham diamond member and asked if it would be too much trouble if I just printed out a single document at their business center. She was extremely friendly and accommodating and said of course that that would be no problem. They had a great setup right next to the front desk with a desk a printer and a computer available For my use. The lobby was extremely inviting with a wonderful fireplace it was well decorated the breakfast area was lovely and everything seemed to be just like I was being invited into someone's home. I can't say enough great things about the AmericInn. We were on a long road trip to adopt a new dog, and needed a pet-friendly place to stay for a couple of days after the 3-day drive from the east coast. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I asked for a quiet room, and they put us at the end of the first floor hallway right by the side door, so we could easily take our dog in and out. The room was spotless. The hotel has a lot of really nice touches, like a washer and dryer for guests, newspapers and vending machine items for purchase, and a hearty breakfast served in a pleasant lounge area at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was tasty, and guests could help themselves to tea, coffee, yogurt, fruit, and granola bars all day, which was really great. Most hotels like this are noisy and seem kind of impersonal, but the atmosphere was very friendly and homey....
