Golden Coach Manor — Hotel in Hemet

Unfortunately this Park has REALLY gone bad. They have new management that is extremely lazy, rude, and dishonest. They have convinced the Owners(who do not care about their residents), to discontinue the very few amenities the Park offered. EVERYTHING closes at 5pm, they have drained the pool and Jacuzzi, took away lounge chairs, close all day Sunday(cannot access clubhouse, gym, laundry room, or pool tables), discontinued/cancelled our Thanksgiving Dinner Celebration, which has been a tradition for over 20 years(and the ONLY thing that they do for the residents), CONSTANTLY harassing residents about 1 weed,(but not maintaining their own or the parks landscaping), and SEVERE favoritism( breaking the rules for some, and extremely strict for those they don't like. The new management are very rude and unfriendly, never answer the phone or their door in emergencies. They are extremely stand offish, make you feel like you are a waste of their time. After living here for over 15 years, I along with several other long time residents, am seriously considering moving to another Park where they care and provide for their Senior residents. This Park is a 55+ SENIOR Park, and the new management are the youngest here,(barely 55), and have no respect or consideration of the elderly, and providing activities or any celebrations. They consider it "too much trouble" and too time consuming. The previous Owners(same family, but now deceased), handed this down to their Son(current owner)upon his death, with conditions that above all, the residents MUST come first. He would spoil all the residents, provide party's at his cost, not raise the rent, personally engage and genuinely care about the residents well being. He put us residents needs first before his own! This Park was WONDERFUL, and we had FUN! It was such a joy to live here! But, not anymore, the new Owners are very selfish, and only care about themselves. Our needs are not important. They have also provided a very unsafe environment by taking away all security, and allowing access to our Park by anyone. We have had several break ins, car thefts, and drug users squatting. It is truly sad how these Owners have destroyed what used to be a very happy and fun place to live! I would discourage anyone to live or buy a home here. There are many many much nicer places than this Park. It really saddens me...

The manager will lie to you to get you to move in. It took her two months to tell me she talk to the owners and I can park my box trailer in my space. Glade I didn’t get invested in putting a carport up that was going to take 12 to 14 weeks to get. They want you to have it up in 2 months. Good thing I could not get it sooner. She also made a complaint To animal control that my dog was barking all the time. My dog is not a Barker three neighbors have dogs that bark more then mine ever has. Been here for 4 months.
