Holiday Motel — Hotel in Henderson

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! I'm the kind of person who doesn't judge a book by its cover. Even though it looked like a horror movie on the outside, no other motels were available in Henderson, I decided to go ahead and get a room. The first room they put me in had roaches falling from the ceiling, extremely dirty, and the bed looked like they got it from a landfill. I went back to the office and surprise surprise NO REFUNDS! I asked for another room and it looked the same way but less bugs. I bought cleaning supplies and boric acid and did what I had to do. A couple days into my stay I was crying. The toilet wouldn't flush, bathtub faucet always leaked out alot, nats came from the drains, and the AC was leaking into the room where it got under the boards and the floor stayed wet. I expressed my concerns and the owners ignored me and brushed me off. I watched the owner bomb 2 of the rooms because of the infestation and wouldn't you know we couldn't sleep or walk on the floors because they ended up in our room! Lol. I had to live here due to some circumstances in the apartments. They are one bedroom horribly small roaches are ridiculously everywhere no matter how much spray u get how much they spray it its horrible and they wont go away. The floors get dirty sooo quick and are hard to mop up even with bleach .-. We had to pay 1280 a month 320 a week just to stay the prices are extremely HIGH! Rooms are nasty and aren't actually cleaned. Roaches crawling around everywhere. Door latches that don't work because the doors looked like someone had punched or kicked them in. Prices change. Holes in the walls gang graffiti painted everywhere, ac units held in by wooden boards, curtain rods held up by blocks of wood. Stayed there 4 times ( believe me by no choice of my own) prices was $50 a night for 3 stays and the last one was $60. For the cleanliness and rude service you get the prices should be more like a $20-$30 night type of motel. No ice wifi barely works, I'd give them zero...
