This restaurant I've gone to for the past 3 years and just today for the first time ever. I had the worst experience I could have ever dreamed of. The manager that was on duty per the employees name is JANELLE. JANELLE HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE AND FOR BEING A MANAGER SOMEONE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO SET AN EXAMPLE AS A LEADER WAS ACTING AS A CHILD. JANELLE CAME TO ME AND SAID THAT I NEEDED TO LEAVE HER STORE THAT I WASN'T ALLOWED TO PARK WITH MY TRUCK AND TRAILER IN HER PARKING LOT. FIRST OFF AS I STATED I'VE BEEN COMING TO THIS PREFERRED LOCATION FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS AND NEVER HAVE I BEEN TOLD THAT I COULDN'T PARK IN PARKING LOT WITH MY TRUCK AND TRAILER. THERE IS NO SIGN THAT STATES NO TRUCK AND TRAILER PARKING IN THE LOT EITHER. JANELLE IS NOT MANAGEMENT MATERIAL AND I WILL NOT SPEND MY HARD EARNED WAGES HERE AT THIS STORE UNTIL JANELLE IS LET GO. JANELLE DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO COME AND TALK WITH ME WHEN I REQUESTED FOR A MANAGER TOLD HER EMPLOYEES THAT SHE ( JANELLE) WAS TO BUSY. HAS PROVIDED POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTEAD OF BEING A LEADER AND GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH THE SERVICE THEY SHOULD RECEIVE. YALL NEED TO HIRE A NEW MANAGER FOR THIS LOCATION I WILL NOT I REPEAT WILL NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION UNTIL I HAVE NOTIFICATION THAT THIS MANAGER JANELLE DOES NOT WORK HERE ANYMORE!!!!! AGAIN THE MANAGER JANELLE IS NOT MANAGEMENT MATERIAL 😑 AND JANELLE WILL AFFECT BUSINESS YALL WOULD BE RECEIVING BUT WON'T FROM NOW ON UNTIL...
Read moreStopped in to grab a quick bite to eat on the way back home from taking our grandson home so we decided to stop by this particular Subway and as usual STAFF was VERY FRIENDLY acknowledged us the moment we walked in the door which doesn't happen very often ordered our food and noticed that when the young man was making my wife's sandwich he had put Chipotle sauce on it instead of BBQ sauce and he had realized it before we did and had apologized for his mistake and promptly started to remake my wife's sandwich the only reason that we didn't give 5 stars was #1 the cup lids and straws are right next to the register which we didn't notice until we went to get our drinks which the restaurant is kind of small compared to some of the other Subways we have been to and #2 were not really sure if the heat was broke or just not turned on but it was VERY cold inside while we sat and ate our sandwiches and heard a couple of other people complain to each other about it being cold in there as well but we won't let that little inconvenience stop us from stopping in again the next time...
Read moreI went through drive through last night and ordered a subway club and I didn’t ask for mayonnaise. I called about getting a refund….needless to say, I’m having a hard time getting a refund or replacement. I’m being told that they need to call the area manager and the cameras have to be checked to see if the sandwich was made incorrectly. I have a photo and a receipt. I never had to do anything like that when I used to work there and open the store, or any other Subway that I’ve worked at for that matter. I had already had a long day from being at the hospital with my mother all day and that should be one of the last things that I need to be worried...
