Hotel Park Place — Hotel in Houston

This Hotel is in its infancy at this location. It was recently built in 2025. The room I stayed in was really nice it had one bed and a full sized fridge that was brand new, they hadn’t even removed the tape from the inside compartment yet. The property around the Hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The other properties out front were under construction. I chose this location due to its proximity to Hobby Airport which was 2.5 miles. The staff that I had contact with were quite friendly and nice. I would stay here again for sure. It had great WiFi service, unfortunately no pool, but that was understandable. Also, the area doesn’t have very many close restaurants, unless you would like to drive into the not so far City of Houston. But I managed to find a really great Cajun place...

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. It’s a very basic place—no frills—but it’s extremely clean, well maintained, and quiet, which made for a very comfortable stay. The rooms are simple but spotless, and everything felt well taken care of.

It’s not right in the middle of the attractions, but it’s also not far—a short drive gets you where you need to be. If you’re looking for something affordable, peaceful, and dependable, this is a solid choice. Great value for the price! Also...
