Living at Laurel Springs RV Resort aka “The Resort” has so many awesome perks! First off, let's talk about the amazing staff. Ms. Ruth and her team are seriously the best. They always go the extra mile to make sure our little community is safe, clean, and super welcoming. It's like having our own personal cheerleaders, always ready to help out whenever we need it. And can we talk about the planned activities? They're seriously so much fun! From game nights to movie marathons, there's always something going on to keep us entertained. It's like living in a never-ending party, but without the crazy hangovers. Plus, it's a great way to meet new people and make friends. Now, let's get to the good stuff - the grills and the pool. Who doesn't love a good BBQ? The grills here are top-notch, and we've had some epic cookouts with our neighbors. It's like a mini food festival right in our backyard. And when it's time to cool off, the pool is the perfect spot. Whether you're lounging by the water or splashing around with the kids, it's always a good time. Oh, and did I mention the laundry facilities? They're seriously a game-changer. No more lugging our dirty clothes to the laundromat or dealing with broken machines. The laundry facilities here are clean, convenient, and make doing laundry a breeze. It's the little things that make a big difference, you know? But the best part of living at The Resort? The sense of community. We've got some seriously awesome neighbors who have become like family to us. Whether it's borrowing a cup of sugar or just hanging out by the pool, it's so nice to have people you can count on. Living together feels like being part of a big, happy family. So yeah, living at The Resort has been a total game-changer for us. It's like we've found our own little slice of paradise. The staff, the activities, the grills, the pool, and the laundry facilities - they all add up to create an amazing living experience. If you're looking for a family-oriented and fun place to call home, The Resort is where it's at.

I have to take just a moment to brag on the wonderful Laurel Springs RV Resort here in Kingwood, Texas! It looks fresh and new and as soon as you drive up you feel safe and protected by the gated community! You are promptly greeted by the kindhearted staff with all the help you could ask for. Ruth and Corina the office staff are so friendly and kind. I have seen them give snacks to little kiddos for stopping by just to say hello (always asking a parent first if it’s ok). Then the game room/ club house is phenomenal. There you are usually treated with a friendly smile from Ray another staff member who then challenges a game of pool or a tour around the amenities. He’s alway there to help us when we need it. Kind respectful and helpful that’s how I would describe Ray, Ruth, and Corina! We even celebrated our wedding here and it was beautiful!! I will attach a few fun pics and trust me this is the place to be! I love the community and the people that are here for a season! It’s worth the stay at Laurel Springs RV Resort! You will stay once and keep coming back for years to come! It’s also dog friendly with a massive dog park. Huge play ground for kids as well with putt putt golf and corn hole stations! Enjoy a nice fire pit while you grill dinner on the complimentary grills and patio area! I can’t brag enough about my new home take some time and come visit with us you will not regret it at all!

We’ve stayed here a month and can’t say enough good things about the RV park itself, and the staff. Full hook ups, fiber optic cable, dog park, pond with walking trail, swimming pool, multiple clean individual shower rooms, bbq grills, rocking chairs, miniature golf, golf carts to rent, taco Tuesday truck, dog wash station, 2 dedicated washing machine rooms, and the staff keep this place clean, tidy and safe. It backs up to a train track but no train honking and you can barely hear a random train go by when outside and not at all while in your RV. Right next to neighborhoods with sidewalks that you can walk your dog on. One con if I’d have to pick one is you have to get out of your car when punching in the gate code, which sucks if it happens to be raining… but seriously, we would stay here again in a heartbeat,

Here is our story! We stayed at this resort for a month this summer. The place is nice but a little messy. Residents don’t seem to listen to management but once a month they pick up their mess for audits.

Residents allow dogs to poop everywhere and they don’t pick up. They don’t care if management fines them, they rather pay fines. Which brings me to the next subject: Management…in my opinion they lack authority. No one seems to care or respect management. They have different activities for guests and residents like Friday nights they have a only adults pool night. We went twice and the pool was full of kids. Again, no one respects management. Employees saw kids but didn’t say anything either.

Now the cherry on top…WE GOT RUBBED!!!

The night of June 24th a bunch of teenagers broke into the property and broke into 14 cars. They got money, guns and electronic devices out of each car. They stole our brand new RV GPS which had cost us $999 plus extra battery and case close to $1,300 all together. The office did not take any responsibility. It is a gated community but they don’t have Camaras enough to keep your belongings safe. They did nothing but told us to go file a police report. Sadly, we didn’t feel safe any longer. We left days later. A package arrived after we had left and I asked the front desk girl to please mail it to my next rv park address and she said yes. I offered to pay for shipping, provided the address and all. 2 months went by and the package never arrived. The manager told the girl she was not supposed to touch the package. I hope she didn’t get in trouble for trying to be nice but long story short managements said they could not send it to the sender either and that I needed to have someone go pick up the package.

I know it is not their responsibility but being nice to nice clients does not take too much specially when they know we got rubbed there while our stay. The rest of the staff members are nice (2 gentlemen who are in charge of cleaning and maintenance) but this place needs better management for sure. I asked for the manager’s name and they didn't want to provide it but it is the lady who speaks Spanish shonis the property manager. Do yourself a favor…do a research before booking, my understanding is there had been another rubbery insident a month prior to our stay. They just don’t want you to know. We found out when we went to file the police report which by the way…did nothing to find the gang who did this. They haven't been able to catch them and they do this often in this area. I hope my review helps you find another place to stay and have a better experience while your stay and after (if there be a need of anything from them after you leave).

Manager there sucks!!! Oh btw the day we arrived to the park there was no electricity for 24 hours, imagine that! June day with no AC. They didn’t even give guests some credit for the inconvenience. We almost booked a hotel for the night but we have two huge dogs and we couldnt find one. It was terribly hot. Another thing I forgot to mention: they rent out the facility for parties so…if a Saturday afternoon you want to use the clubhouse or the pool…surprise!!! It is rented and you...

Title: A Blissful Retreat at Laurel Springs RV Resort, Thanks to Ruth's Exceptional Service

Rating: ★★★★★

Review: My recent stay at Laurel Springs RV Resort was an unforgettable experience, and I owe much of that to the outstanding service provided by Ruth, one of the resort's exceptional staff members. From the moment I arrived, Ruth's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home.

Laurel Springs RV Resort itself is a picturesque oasis nestled in the heart of nature's splendor. The well-maintained grounds and spacious RV sites offered a serene escape from the daily grind. The resort's attention to detail in creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere is truly commendable.

However, it was Ruth's exceptional service that truly set Laurel Springs apart. Her genuine care and dedication to ensuring every guest had a memorable stay were evident from our very first interaction. Ruth went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, providing helpful information about the resort's amenities, nearby attractions, and local dining options.

Ruth's knowledge of the resort and the surrounding area was remarkable. She eagerly shared her insights and recommendations, ensuring that my stay was tailored to my preferences. Her passion for creating a positive guest experience was evident in every interaction, and her warm smile and friendly demeanor created an inviting and inclusive atmosphere for all.

Aside from Ruth's exceptional service, Laurel Springs RV Resort itself offers a wide range of amenities to enhance the guest experience. The well-maintained swimming pool and spa area provided a refreshing retreat, while the fitness center offered opportunities to stay active.

The resort's location also deserves praise. Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, Laurel Springs RV Resort offered access to hiking trails, fishing spots, and other outdoor activities. Exploring the surrounding area was a joy, thanks to the resort's convenient location and Ruth's helpful recommendations.

Overall, my stay at Laurel Springs RV Resort was a rejuvenating and memorable experience, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Ruth. Her warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests truly made a difference. I highly recommend Laurel Springs to anyone seeking a peaceful and inviting retreat, and I am grateful to Ruth for making my stay...

We are new to the RV living experience, and had just purchased a used motorhome with much excitement. That excitement quickly turned into a stressful and very fast, “learning the ropes “of what could go wrong!

We basically were lied to about it’s condition from the dealership, and on the first rain had major water leaks where water was coming into our new RV in 5 different areas.Things have more than worked out and Laurel Springs RV Resort played a HUGE part in that. If I could give this RV Resort 10 stars I would because they are every bit that of a 5-Star Resort, and then some!

Firstly, the grounds are just beautiful! The whole resort is paved cement, and each spot has beautiful well-cared for grass on both sides. For taking even longer walks there’s this great walking path for yourself/pets as well. The amenities are great having all that you will need. Just to name a few…There’s a lovely pool and bbq area, free internet, clubhouse, laundry facilities, mail/parcel services, a workout gym, and when you don’t wanna go to the store, they even have a vending machine for a quick snack. We only looked at two others RV parks when shopping around in our desired area, and let me say, there was no comparison to Laurel Springs RV Resort at all! We are extremely please how it’s also conveniently located near everything we need too!

Not only is the living environment noteworthy, the staff management team are that of a 5-star resort. Upon hearing of our situation, Corina accommodated us by supplying a temporary covered spot until the new roof could be put on, and we’re able to stay right there while the repairs are made. She suggested putting on a tarp for even more protections from the rain, and we’re so thankful to her recommendation for doing that. On the next rain a little water found it’s way inside, so she literally saved us newbies from having even more water damage being done to our RV!

The roof replacement is underway, and thanks to the amazing management staff helping us through this nightmare (Corinna was also very accommodating and very helpful on explaining everything we needed to know and getting us set up!), we can soon put this behind us.

In closing - A wonderful place! Reasonable rates, with all kinds of amenities included, and so, no need to look...
