If I could rate this place below a zero I WOULD. The service was terrible! The workers were very lazy. First, we booked for a 2 queen bedroom upon arrival they informed us they only had one room which was one king-size bed and they said it had a pullout couch. It was a group of five. It was upsetting that we booked the room and were informed we couldn’t get the room. Why were there we able to book the rook if it wasn’t available? Being we had to sleep on a dusty pull-out couch I called the desk and no one answered, mind you someone was down there and it wasn’t busy. We went out and came back I asked the girl at the front desk. She was unprofessional and told me to hold while she answered a personal call (not the hotel phone). Then I requested a comforter she asked what size bed, I told her our situation then she proceeded to say “we don’t have that size”. So I asked for any comforter she then said “we don’t have any at the moment”, in my opinion why ask what size we need if you knew you didn’t have any. While stacked in the bed my friends and I felt itchy. The next morning my cousin woke up with a bite mark which then turned into a pimple the following week. She had to go to urgent care last night. I would not recommend this hotel the beds aren’t clean, the staff is lazy and unprofessional. I guess you can say you get what you paid for but a bite should t lead to a huge pimple.

Seems like this USED TO be a nice budget friendly hotel. Unfortunately, it looks like it's become a residence for many. We witnessed raw chicken being taken to rooms and people "hanging out" on the premises. Not to mention in the 3 nights I spent here the 7 roaches that I had to kill in my room. Many of our towels were stained and they refused to give you more based on the size of the room (king or double). Housekeeping left used linens in the hallways for days. The hallways smell of mildew and every morning in my room there was the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the vents (from other rooms I presume, since I could also hear FULL conversations through them as well). The walls are paper thin. Last but not least the " hot breakfast bar" consisted of waffles, yogurt, fruit cups, cereal and packaged muffins. To sum it up, I would never stay here again.

Horrible stay. The price is ok but the room’s conditions are worse. I have changed 3 rooms due to the room’s problem. The first room was very noisy and can’t close bathroom door completely. The second had a terrible smoking smell although it’s a non-smoking room and the bathroom door was really hard to close. The last one which was the room 413 was the worst. TV has no signal, the bed had a loud sound on one side, sofa looked dirty, the bed blanket was so nasty. The bathroom door can be closed completely, but there was no ventilator and the hair dryer was not working. The room walls are thin, so you can hear outside noise and from other room. In the dining area, they don’t have any lid for a hot cup. Overall, it’s not worth it for what you pay for.

I reserved a room here through a third party, that informed me the hotel said I did not have a reservation after my card had already been charged, so I called the hotel directly as was instructed to call the following morning and speak to the General Manager who would be in at 6 am. Due to poor communication and listening skills by the General Manager, my reservation was canceled. I have never dealt with such extreme unprofessionalism. The rudely asking for my name and arrival date, rudely asking me "what is it I want from her", sighing in my ear, telling me that she " didn't wake up at the crack of dawn for this", lying and saying that I called the hotel at 7 am when I called at 8:48 am, where I was hung up on because I told her that she was rude, and again at 9:23 am when I again said I am calling to confirm my reservation and being told "oh it's YOU", while she started up all over again while I repeatedly continued to ask can she just tell me if I have a reservation, yelling in the phone, getting another employee (the accountant)involved while both yelled on the phone It was a circus. Why the accountant is involved just to answer whether I have a reservation or not I don't know.

When a customer calls and asks to confirm that they have a reservation, especially after they have already been charged, that's exactly what they are asking you to do, not dispute about why the card was charged, when they are simply calling to make sure they have a reservation. NO more no less. I am sorry that you are not happy in your life or possibly at your job because for you to behave the way that you did as if you have a personal issue with a customer something is definitely wrong, but you don't take it out on the customer. A guest that makes a reservation to stay at a hotel can call whatever time they want, someone is there 24hrs a day. I worked at the Sheraton Bradley front desk, where business was done professionally so I know about guest relations. You have no class, no respect for your position or title, poor leadership skills because you have your coworker following and yelling right along with you, smh. Thank you for canceling my reservation, I booked another room at a different hotel that has...

I was inclined to give this hotel a try it’s fairly new with a decent price, area was ideal for what I needed with good reviews. Upon check in the front desk associate was very dry & not very welcoming she did not introduce the hotel & give me details on amenities/what they offer. There’s a $75 deposit that I wasn’t originally aware of till the last minute. I paid online on the actual site but was told they needed to see my card I showed the lady my card she told me to swipe my card I wasn’t sure why since I booked online but I did it & now I see 4 pending charges in my account. I was assigned a room on the 4th floor but couldn’t get there due to the elevator not working. After 5 mins standing there & talking with my kids I asked the lady if the elevator is working she said yes , she came over held the button but still not working so I asked her to change my room. There’s no way I can walk four flights of stairs with kids & suitcases. Now I’m on 2nd floor which Smells strongly of marjuana in the hallways & the room a/c was barely working. At this point after travels & the long process at front desk I need to get my kids settled. Hours later during the night shift an irate lady comes in the hotel fighting with the male clerk on duty the police and ambulance was called apparently she was staying here with the male front desk worker and left items in the room, this was going on till like 2am. I spoke with the manager the next day requesting to get reimbursed for my additional night I booked she informed me since it’s after 11am she couldn’t. I Informed her I would’ve been up on time if I could receive a nice night of sleep instead it was loud in hallways , strong smell of marijuana , police, ambulance flashing lights drama in lobby & humid in room due to a/c. I did not stay the last night which I paid for I checked out I did not feel safe at that location with my two kids. This place is fairly new but it’s definitely getting ran down fast. Needless to say I would not stay here again & I will deactivate my membership. I did not have a good experience nor did I stay all the days...

Checkin 3/5/2022 and Checkout 3/7/2022 First, I checked in the hotel around 3:30PM for room 303 and I hadn't have a chance to check if A/C was working. Once I got back the room again around 8-9PM, I found A/C didn't work at all (not even a fan). So, I informed front desk the situation and asked to switch to another room. At first, Front desk staff said there was 5 rooms available but all reserved and waiting for guests to check in. so She REFUSED to switch me to another room. So I complained back who can ever stay a room which A/C was broken in WARM weather in Houston area. Also, I said I had checked in the room here already, I should have privilege to get a A/C working room first before those guests who were not checked in yet. Then, She tried to call her manager but no one answered her call. After I stayed there for 10 mins and tried to convince her to switch the room. Finally, she agreed to switch the room to #303 for THIS TIME ONLY. (What are you talking about, "THIS TIME ONLY???"). Secondly, some guests were having a party during midnight and causing a way too much NOISE in around room 319 area. Third, during 2nd night stay, there was windy outside and there was WHISTLING sound kept coming into through the small gap of windows. The sound was LOUD enough to keep my whole family awake all night long. Since it was passed midnight already and I thought the front desk won't care at all (from the experience of first day). Then, during 2nd morning, there wasn't a complimentary breakfast at all, no coffee, no juice, no muffin, no nothing. a lot of guests were complaining and frontdesk staff just stayed there and did nothing.... I told myself that I won't ever to consider this hotel again and probably will stay out this hotel chain too. This was a VERY...
