I was given the run around...stating black out dates etc and I checked my email and that wasn’t mentioned. So she said she’d check with someone else and call back. The next day she called and said well, I could pay another $50....I said no, or wait to the Monday before and call. So as of that Monday I called and again blah blah blah but the room was still not booked. Finally on Thursday she said ok. She said breakfast at 9...and out the door she went. No access to extra towels, ice, etc. the fireplace didn’t work in the parlor. Room was nice but the rug was pretty dirty. Breakfast was ok but nothing to brag about. We will not be a repeat customer. It could be so much more with management that...
