The gal who worked in the office was very nice...welcoming and efficient. Then we drove out to our assigned site and I'm sorry to say, everything went down hill from there. The site we'd been assigned was small, mostly dirt, uneven, and smelled of dog poop. This site was right next to a full time resident who, we discovered, had taken possession of the electric outlets for both sites. This individual was using the electric line next to our site's water spicket, had plugged into both site's 30 amp outlets, plus was using his 50 amp outlet. In order to have power for our heated hose we ended up having to buy a splitter for $10. On top of all that, the trains run all night and blow their horns continuously. The park did have very good water pressure, which was nice. And there were lots of trees, which in the summertime I imagine are pretty. For $25 a night, I guess you can't expect much. They still push for eviction, Can't have more than 2 vehicles at a place . But park manager can have 6 vehicles and parks them under carports where people ain't living and they live in a fifth wheel.
