I recently decided to become a Traveler with no Zip Code put my life in storage . I stay friends, family have all I need in my car .
Baymont has not only known me by name making me feel like I'm Temporarily at home. They are some the most courteous individuals, I have come across in my travels the last few months. I've stayed May, June , July 5 days long and counting.
There staff is there to clean daily if you choose, they are all very sweet and they do an amazing job cleaning re stocking the room. If anything else is needed it's simple to dial (0) on the phone it will be dropped at your door within moments .
The gym is very relaxing once you finish you can jump in the pool to cool off there's nothing better than that (Refreshing, To say the least! )
There are Ice , Water, Soda, Juice, Snack machines all around the Property. There are also several rooms just to sit maybe bring a drink down with you Relax.
They offer a Complimentary breakfast Fruit, Sandwiches, Coffee, Cereal you can eat in front office small tables or take back to your room to enjoy.
The Flat Screen Tv offers a wide range of selections I've watched some great movies. The Beds are so cozy, I despise waking up. The Showers are Hot and great pressure! The Air conditioning & Heat Run Amazing!
I love that this Hotel is right off Route 3 South Exit 18 , 10 min from Plymouth Center. Also in the plaza is Cancun Mexican Restaurant Bar park and walk to it from your room very convenient .
I will return to this hotel many times through the Summer, Fall , Winter. My friends and I vow someday when I'm settled in my life well always come back to Baymont Inn Suites to laugh about my moments being a traveler with No zip code .
Some complain that its close to the highway, breakfast is limited and it could use some updating outside maybe its true to some degree but there's something to say when you have courteous people an amazing cozy bed to sleep in and a hot shower with a cool AC running drinking a glass of wine relaxing I have nothing to complain about I adore this place and all it...
Read moreTo call this place a dump would be too kind. To begin with, it’s an old Howard Johnson’s and the emphasis is on old. The rooms have been redone and are comfortable despite the absolutely TINY bathroom, but the room I was in was extremely humid which gave it an off kind of smell. ||Speaking of smells, it seems pretty clear that the owners must live on site, because the hallways absolutely reek of curry. At certain times of day it’s overpowering. Luckily the smell did not permeate into the room. ||When I walked into the room and closed the door, there was a handwritten note on their stationary that said “Don’t lock.” This was slipped inside the plastic sheath that was supposed to house the emergency exit map, which was missing. When I inquired at the front desk, the person (I assume one of the owners) told me that someone staying in the room in the past must have put that there. It didn’t seem to occur to him why it might not be a good thing for housekeeping not to notice something like that. When I pointed out the absence of the emergency exit map, he just told me where the exits were. ||The place is decrepit and falling apart. In the part of the hotel I was in, there were no luggage carts, and instead shopping carts were provided. It’s not handicapped friendly and has no elevator. The plumbing makes noise. The toilet paper comes back up every time the toilet gets flushed. The 1875 watt hair dryer was so weak it took twice as long to dry my hair. ||Although the place is pet friendly, I was told upon check in that the pet fee would be taken in cash only. I flatly refused. If I had to pinpoint a good thing, I would say that they provided an adequate number of towels and all the outlets worked and there was a USB port in the wall that also worked. There’s also a Keurig in the room. I hate leaving a bad review, but this place suffers from a combination of what is clearly lack of interest in the guest experience and just being old. I’m frankly a little shocked that Wyndham allows it’s name to stay...
Read moreLet me start by saying, the man at the front desk was nice. That is the entire stretch of where my one star goes.
We have been on the road for almost 2 months and this is hands-down the worst hotel we have stayed in yet. In the time of a global pandemic, you would think that cleanliness would be of the upmost importance. Unfortunately, at the Baymont, it is absolutely not. Not only does it feel like an old dorm room (peeling walls, the shower light dangling as if it were punched in by the precious guest, the toilet brush inside of a red solo cup) but it feels like an old dorm room that hasn’t been cleaned since the start of the school year and now it’s July. It feels like the kind of place that no one cares what happens inside. Mirrors, windows, floors.. all stained with stories of a previous person. The stench of cigarette smoke all through the hallways. While the sheets were clean-ish, the room felt like walking into the beginning of a 1990’s nightmare.
If it had been a $60 room, I’d have said, “meh, it’s fine.” But for $150 I expected more. Like, “not feeling like I’m about to get covid or bedbugs” more. At least the wherewithal to clean the room in the middle of a pandemic.
Don’t stay here. Stay anywhere else. If you can, go to the Mexican restaurant and get drunk and sleep in the parking lot- you’ll feel safer and less...
