I was struggling to find a water slide rental for teens the weekend I wanted. I needed one big enough to keep them entertained all day. I was told over and over by lots of local companies that I won’t find one the size I was looking for….Well this place came through! i opted for a Friday party to get the slide I wanted!!! At first I was hesitant to click add to cart because it was a little more than I had wanted to spend but it was exactly the style and size my girls were looking for. let me tell you it was 100% worth every penny!! I mean im leaving a review before our party even starts because my kids have already had the time of their life on it!!! Easy online booking…. I didn’t need to talk to anybody and could view their availability calendar right online! Best summer night so far and our party doesn’t even start till tomorrow!! We were lucky enough to get it delivered the night before. The day of delivery communication was on point, and the owner came himself to set up this monster of a slide. He was very professional and stayed to make sure water was flowing and slide was completely inflated. I will definitely be renting from this small business again!! Ordered a bouncy house weeks ago. The guys that deliver it were3 hours late. The party had already started. No one answered the main phone line and the voice mailbox was full. Very frustrating! Unfortunately, the delivery guy’s cell phone died so I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. They finally showed and explained the issues they had with another order and traffic. They were very nice (aggravated about the horrible day they were having) but very polite to us. I gave the company a 3 because there wasn’t anyone to help or answer the phone.
