HORRIBLE! I was in town because my dad’s health was declining. Upon his passing I required a hotel for my family and me. I booked a total of 3 rooms, my sister booked 2, in total we had 5 bookings. We previously left Super8 because as soon as we checked in it was infested with bugs. Therefore we leave and book with America’s Best Value Inn (ABVI) only to discover this property was also infested with bugs. We hadn’t spent a lot of time in the room due to all the errands and preparation needed for the funeral services. However I woke up one morning to find a huge bug in the washroom. After confronting the owner, she became very aggressive and begins to tell me her property doesn’t have bedbugs (I never specified the type of bug, only said there were bugs). After she returns from inspecting the room, she shows me pictures of the sink & tub to convince me I was wrong. I then escort her back to the room to show her exactly where on the wall the bug was, only for her to say ‘Oh, thats not a bug, its a cockroach’. For clarification, a cockroach is a type of bug. Bugs are a sign of filth, dirt and overall lack of cleanliness and they are a huge inconvenience especially if they get into your luggage. My niece also had roaches in her bathroom and inside the rooms microwave. The rooms at this hotel are simply disgusting. The two hotels owned by Jay Jalaram LLC are outright filthy. I am surprised that Sonesta & Wyndham allows ABVI and Super8 to use their name. Both properties under Jay Jalaram LLC should be closed down until their bug infestation issue...

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was super friendly, but our room was filthy and very out dated. I was in town for a graduation and left the hotel for the evening. when returning back my friends followed me there because their house was close by and they wanted to make sure I got into my room safely. When we pulled in, there were three people just hanging out on the balcony. As we walked to the stairs a man(owner or manager) stands right in the middle and would not let us pass as he was on his phone. He finally lets us passed him and when we walked up to my door i could here the phone ringing in the room. I answered the phone and it was him immediately yelling at me telling me there were too many people and no parties and no noise. I tried to explain to him that they were just walking me to my door and leaving but he continued to yell and tell me he would call the police. I was already kind of freaked out over this hotel being as I was not familiar with the area and this was issue was a deal breaker for me. My friends came inside and helped me pack my things up, as we were packing i found bugs all over the bed that were not there before I left the first time. I packed my things and we headed to our cars and the (owner/manager) continued to harass us yelling “there goes the party!” “Where are y’all going?” as he is sitting outside with a little party of his own. considering I am a young girl this is just unacceptable and very scary. I will never stay at this place again!!!!!! First of all The reception office smells like some foul chemicals. When I arrived to check in I met the white receptionist lady who seem to be pleasant enough until later that night I came back to my room with some of my family and she was standing outside watching us. About five minutes later after we settled in my room she comes knock on my door and asked my guess are they staying in this room because if so they cannot stay that they need to book their own room because only four people to one room. I was shocked!! One of My guess went back and forth with her to tell her they were not staying in my hotel room that their just visiting and who was she to knock the door to inquire about any of our business. The lady got real smart with my guests and insulted them with her ridiculous racist sarcasm and we closed the door on her. I have never in my life experience such disrespectful racist disgrace!! The way she spoke of the room You would think you are staying in a 5star hotel the way she acted, meanwhile the place was a dump. They even had mildew on the Bathroom ceiling above the shower. Worst experience...
