Eastern Buffet / Juicy Seafood — Restaurant in Kosciusko

We arrived right at 5 for supper. Thought the food would be fresh, it wasn’t . Crawfish were so spicy you couldn’t taste the meat, but the texture was rubbery!( over cooked or dead when boiled) Shrimp were boiled then fried??? All that did was overcook them , make them hard to peel and now you have mushy meat! The egg fried rice was so dried up the peas sounded like BB’s when they hit my plate! Not impressed at all.
