Blessed to have been able to make 2 trips out to Lāna'i over the past year for a golf trip with my Dad. You will need to be a hotel guest at either of the Four Season properties in order to play a round here.
Hands down the most picturesque golf course I've ever played. With only 20 - 40 golfers each day, the course has been immaculate each and every round. I've love that you can play as fast or slow as you want. I think the first round we played we spent more time taking pictures than we did actually taking shots. Not the most difficult courses I've played but it definitely can be challenging when the wind picks up. Love how they offer Titleist golf clubs as their rental sets (T100, T200 or T300's are available). I also love the fact that they have cold filtered water stations throughout the course to help minimize single use bottles.
Amazing service from the entire staff at the course especially from Kendric, Sam, Will and Gary who welcome you once you step on the course.
Arrive 30-45 mins prior to your tea time to enjoy a nice cup of coffee, cookies and or fruit before warming up at the range. Do set aside time for a meal at the View after your round as the food is probably the best at the FS resort (though they recently changed the chef @ the break so food has improved). You can also skip the shuttle service back to the beach resort and enjoy a quick 20 min walk back...
Read moreThis is one of the best golf experiences in the world. The course is set on the cliffs above the Pacific, providing the most amazing views from any golf course. The condition of the course is pristine! Well worth the green fees, and one thing they may not mention is your green fee is for unlimited golf for the day, so playing 36 or even 54 holes is realistic. I played 36 holes in under 5 hours, and still took time to take in the views. Unbelievable experience that I'll do again and again every time I visit the...
Read moreSpectacular course in tournament condition with the best service ever. Regardless of your skill level, there are tees to suit you and your game. Every hole has an amazing view and concentrating on the golf instead of the gorgeous vistas was the biggest challenge. If you come to the Four Seasons and even remotely call yourself a golfer, you must play this course. $350 seems like a lot for a golf round until you experience the course and are treated like royalty by the staff and then you realize it is...
