Called hotel to book a reservation for dinner while we were staying at a different location on Lanai. They booked everything without issue. The day of the reservation they refused us entry to the property due to some previously unmentioned anti-covid policy restricting the restruant to people who are staying at the four seasons. We would not have minded if they made it clear up front we could not even make the reservation, but that was not the case.. They called earlier the day of but did not leave a message, and when I returned the call no one at the restraunt answered the phone. They have nailed surf and turf. Fun fact: "140" means both the square mileage of Lanai, as well as the perfect temperature...

But the dining options bring it down a bit. Perhaps it was because we dined right before they shut down again during the second Covid surge and we were some of the last inter-island visitors. I don’t know. Perhaps an off night? I’m sure we will give them another try next time we are at...
