I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your establishment from January 17-19, 2025. While the daytime staff were pleasant and helpful, I was disappointed with the level of service provided by the night staff during this period.
On multiple occasions, the night staff member was absent from the front desk and unresponsive to calls. When they were eventually present, their response to concerns—particularly when informed that guests had left due to the lack of assistance—was dismissive, stating, "Oh well, guess they will find somewhere else to stay, so not my problem." This attitude was both unprofessional and concerning.
Due to these challenges, we ultimately decided to cut our stay short by a day, as we were unable to resolve certain issues in the evening hours. This experience has led us to reconsider whether we will stay at your establishment in the future. If we do return, we will ensure that any necessary assistance is addressed during daytime hours rather than relying on the night staff.

I took the pictures to the hotel staff and asked them if they had cleaned it recently and they said yesterday. I think they thought I was born yesterday and didn’t know how long it takes of no cleaning before caulk would look like this. The kid at the front desk hummed to the music and acted like he couldn’t care at all. I asked to be moved to another room and I got another one with a bathroom sink that looked equally as bad as the tub in the other room. Read moreI typically have a positive experience at Holiday Inn Express wherever I stay. Unfortunately this time there were a few things that didn't go so well. When I checked in, I had to wait for about 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. I realize that the hotel might have been shorthanded that evening, so it wasn't a huge deal. The TV did not work in our room, which was disappointing since it was during March Madness. The towels in the bathroom smelled like dirty feet. Need to do something to kill the bacteria in the towels or throw them out and get new towels. The door closer on our room worked a little too well and would slam the door hard whenever we would enter or exit.
