Guardian Garage (Wyo Speed) — Local services in Laramie

4/4/23 - Brought a vehicle here to get tuned and all they did was complain about the battery dying. Bought a new battery and in return they bricked my ecu and I still had to pay them over $1200 for quite litterally nothing. They didnt even tell me that they had bricked my ecu. I then had to tow it down to Colorado where I then found out my ecu was bricked and they didn't have the equipment to fix it so I had to tow it to another place. I would never trust this place ever again even, with an oil change.

7/16/23 I had my ECM bench tested by a licensed distributer of hp tuners and they had confirmed and could attest to it being bricked. I have no idea who you guys had talked to but they clearly didn't know what they were talking about. I know you guys had my grill off for the charge piping but you guys did not mount my intercooler to anything but magically my grill is broken. You did not route any vacuum lines for anything. My transmission was not slipping whatsoever, the tune was not right which was causing the truck to stumble and feel like the transmission was slipping. Also the scheduling issue. You told me you were booked for 2 months out, not 1 week?!?! This is ridiculous. Not only did I have to pay $1200 for you guys to screw me over but I had to pay $500 to fix my ECM! What an absolute joke of a place and I don't understand how you guys are still...

The crew here is awesome! I had my Jeep towed to their garage to have some brake work done on a Wednesday, they were able to have that work done by that afternoon, when I spoke with one of the mechanics on the phone he said that while doing their safety inspection they noticed a couple other things wrong with the vehicle. One being a front wheel bearing going out and the other being the front axle seals leaking. (He at no time tried to "upsell" anything to me, he was just informing me of what they happened to notice.) I decided that they may as well do the other things that needed to be addressed while they already had the vehicle in their possession, he informed me that the parts would be in in a couple days and they should have my vehicle done by that next Monday possibly Tuesday at the latest. I received a call Friday afternoon saying that my Jeep was ready and I could pick it up anytime, since I work evenings, I wouldn't have been able to pick it up until Monday morning at the earliest, she told me that she would be available and if I wanted to, I could pick it up on Saturday. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire crew at Guardian...

Broke down in Laramie when moving from Seattle to Dallas. Called multiple auto repair shops plus two dealerships and most of them told me they couldn't see me for a few days. I then found one shop (NOT Wyo Speed) who saw me right away but misdiagnosed the problem but still charged me for their time. I subsequently took my Jeep to Wyo Speed (they got me in right away) and they solved the problem almost immediately and for a reasonable price. They folks at Wyo were extremely courteous and even gave me rides to and from my hotel. If I lived in Laramie, Wyo would absolutely be my go-to shop!!! Excellent...
