Stayed here in 2023 and hotel was ok. This 2024 stay was not. The wifi protocol was different from every other Hilton property that we have stayed at. Very frustrating. Wifi went in and out. The young man at the front desk was not welcoming. The woman in the moring was very nice and staightened out the food voucher for Gold Hilton Honors members that had not been explained at all at the time of reservation or at check in. We ordered food at about 7:30 PM and they were out of shrimp and meatballs. We ordered bowls of soup and when we went down, we were given coffee cups about half full of soup. The soup itself was good. Just not much of it .The continental breakfast was meager. Fruit consisted of water melon and green melon. The orange juice- tasted terrible. There were some pastries that looked good. There was a Christmas tree still up in the lobby. Most hand sanitizers were not filled. The plumbing in our room was deficient in that there was no screen filter on the bathroom sink. The shades were out dated. Not up to date black out as is usual. The elevator did not "level up" and presented a tripping hazard. This property needs attention. There was some mechanical noise on the 4th floor of unknown origin.

Beautiful hotel with an in house restaurant and bar. Comfortable beds. No free breakfast although you can buy one at the restaurant for a little over $10 for buffet per person. We did eat in their dining room 3 nights in a row. Food was excellent, although a little pricey for convenience. The tomato bisque, the hamburger and the chicken sandwich were all really good. The pasta was ok. Dee at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our shower rod. I told the front desk clerk after the first night but I knew she wouldn’t do anything about it as she said she’d let maintenance know yet didn’t ask our room number. I ran into the maintenance man the second day and he immediately went up to look at it and said it was broke. He had the front desk move us to a room close by. Very nice man and I appreciated he listened to me

I was a little disappointed in my star. I used my Hilton rewards points for this stay, but I wish I’d chosen somewhere else and kept those points for a better experience. The electricity was scheduled to be out the following morning from 9 am - noon, and no one informed me of this at check-in. They should have if for no other reason than as a courtesy. The following morning I noticed the electricity in my room was out and spent time trying to call the front desk from my cell phone as the phone in the room wasn’t working. The front desk was busy every time, and I eventually gave up and decided to just check out. This disrupted my plans because I’d planned to do some paperwork on my laptop, as well as planning the next leg of my trip. I wanted to try out that Herman Miller desk chair. Unfortunately, I needed an internet connection for that. ||Upon leaving my room and going to take the elevator down (I was on the third floor), I was a bit annoyed to see the notification of the power outage on a table. How do they expect people with mobility issues to leave without the elevators working? I had to ask the cleaning staff to call maintenance as there was no way I (with mobility issues) was going to be able to carry all my luggage down two flights of stairs. I had to wait awhile, but I was finally helped. At checkout, the front desk clerk offered no apologies for the inconvenience. Seriously, why did no one I form me at check-in? I would have opted for a room on the ground floor. ||Otherwise, there was nothing wrong with my stay, but it was forgettable. I wouldn’t stay...

We came to this hotel for an overnight stop during a road trip. Check-in was good and efficient. When we got to our room, a junior suite, it was dark and looked to be in dire need of refurbishment. |There was also a broken bowl on the bedside lamp, but to their credit, when I reported to reception, they removed all the lamps and replaced them. Excellent customer service .|We went down to eat in the restaurant and ordered gin & tonics. To our dismay we were told they had run out of gin!|So we ordered rum & coke and both of us ordered a cobb salad. |We couldn’t believe it when it came out. It was piled high and what was noticeable first of all were the baby carrots spread all over it. Not diced or shredded, just whole baby carrots, looking as dry as you like. The salad leaves that weee used must have been hanging around all day long, they were limp and certainly not crispy. There were some large chunks of cucumber which were also quickly removed from the plate to join the carrots. As we were very hungry, we ate what we needed and left more than half. This hotel is not small and needs to get someone in the kitchen that knows what they are doing as that was a disgrace.|So time for bed and we both agreed we had a very good nights sleep on a very comfortable bed.|Check out was fast and efficient much like check in.|The staff here are friendly and provide good service but the hotel itself and the food is not up to the required standard. Hopefully they will get a much needed upgrade at some point in the...

The bathroom and room hadn't been cleaned well. Hair on the sink and fingerprints on the shower door handles and toilet handle and other places. I asked Alfonso at front desk if he could send someone to clean it and he put me in a new room to help me out. The new room had the same issues and I asked for a cleaning lady instead of having him move me again. The cleaning lady came and I left for half an hour so she could take care of it. I came back and saw she hadn't cleaned those issues. I brought Alfonso up so he could see for himself so he didn't think there was nothing there. He apologized after seeing the bathroom and said he would refund me for the night. I felt for him because he had to make up for cleaning crew that had skipped steps. I went to make a phone call after and as I sat on the bed, I stepped on a small broken piece of glass. So they hadn't vacuumed the room. I left Alfonso alone on that so he wouldn't be stressed. Kudos to him for trying his best to help me out but cleaning Manager should please make sure crew actually cleans the rooms well and all around. Also, I tried to speak to customer service on the phone for Hilton and they were awful. One woman was so rude I blatantly told her. Those types of customer service reps don't help make the Hilton Garden Inn or any other Hilton's look well with that kind of service. I wish more of the customer reps were...
