I bought two tickets for the journey Toto concert for March 21, 2024. The tickets were in section 204 row one seats three and four. The usher came by and said we were sitting in someone’s seat and made us move. Now the seats we were in which I still believe were ours Were adequate to sit in for the whole concert. However, the seats we moved to were the most god-awful uncomfortable and even painful to sit in. On top of that as an aside at least 10 people around us had to get up move to different seats shuffle around and it seemed like the ushers didn’t even care to thoroughly check tickets and seats. I give it two stars because what I did see of the concert was good. I like Toto I like journey. But my wife and I had to leave the concert halfway through journeys set because the seats we were told to sit in, not the ones that I bought, but the ones I was moved to, were simply too painful to sit in for any length of time. so if you should happen to go to the Pan Am Center for any type of an event, make sure of your seats and if the usher tells you you’re in the wrong seat, have them show you undeniable proof. The mixup came when the usher said that someone who was supposed to be sick sitting in section 104 Seat three was the one who is supposed to be sitting where I was. But I was in section 204. I know it was my seat because I bought the seats according to the seating chart for the Pan Am Center. But apparently the ushers don’t understand this. so if it weren’t for the good music, I would have rated this...
Read moreI’ve been to two Aggies Basketball games in the last two weeks at the Pan American Center. General parking is not bad, short walk to the entrance. The facility is very clean, and well staffed. Staff members are super friendly, and helpful. Snacks are very reasonably priced, and fast lines. They have a good variety of beers and other adult beverages. Sound is great, and the giant Jumbotron screens are great in every direction. And, of course, the New Mexico State University AGGIES ROCK! I’m looking forward to attending some other types of events, such as concerts, or trade shows soon! Great venue all around! GO AGGIES!! (Yes, that is me and my business collaborator, Ron Leone up on...
Read moreNot a bad seat in the house. It's a nicely maintained smaller arena. Easy parking, concessions are limited to popcorn hotdogs , beer and a vodka/seltzer drink. They had really good lemonade , for $8! Hahaha but at least it was good and not all sugared-up. I'd go again to see a show there , but I wouldn't pay extra for floor seats again. The floor is too far from concessions and restrooms and since it's a smaller venue, you aren't THAT much closer to the stage. Also, you will be the last person out after the show if you stay to the end and have floor seats. No special access to premium restrooms or concessions for...
