Pretty okay. The room and pool were both huge and the front desk guy, Howard, got a star of his own because he's the most helpful person ever! I would give it 2.5 stars. No real maid service and the activities start about 15 minutes after they're scheduled, but I'm being picky about that. Its a good place for people who just want to stay around and relax. There's nothing to do for a mile and a half but go to the beach and the pool, so its good for that. Plenty of places deliver to you. The main reason for the two stars is the horrid wifi and TV. Its like they set up the wifi themselves meant for a household, but instead have 20 people trying to get on at the same time. You spend most of your time refreshing the pages and hoping they won't take five minutes to load. My phone wouldn't even hook up to it because it said it was too slow. Antes que nada, no confundir con SURF SIDER que está junto a este hotel (y que no conozco). Éste es SURF RIDER.||Desde que llegás, Howard en la recepción es sensacional. La persona más atenta y amable, y en general el resto del personal también. Siempre atentos a lo que necesites. No hablan español fluido pero se hacen entender muy bien y ponen mucha voluntad en entender y complacer los pedidos. El apartamento es muy cómodo (apartamento para 6 personas), tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía larga en familia, impecable de limpieza, cocina bien equipada (vajillas, ollas, detergente, repasadores, bolsas de basura, lavavajillas y jabón abrillantador, todo provisto), espacios suficientes en las habitaciones, 2 baños, toallas suficientes, lavadora y secadora de ropa que funciona con monedas (U$D 1.50) y podes comprar el jabón en la recepción por pocas monedas. El WIFI funciona perfecto, muy buena señal y capacidad. Lamentablemente no tomé fotos del apartamento, pero es tal cual se muestra en las fotos de la gerencia. La cama adicional que se encuentra en el living, se despliega de un mueble integrado, tiene armario y todo, la cerras en un toque y queda todo acomodado, además es muy cómoda. Una de las habitaciones tiene vestidor y baño en suite, muy espaciosos. El aire acondicionado es espectacular, se puede regular muy bien. Los espacios comunes son muy lindos, la zona de pileta es muy cómoda y está protegida con perímetro para niños pequeños. El estacionamiento tiene espacio suficiente (fuimos con dos autos en un solo apartamento y no hubo problema). El paso a la playa es cruzando la calle por un camino privado para el hotel, es genial. A menos de 800 mts. hay una plaza comercial donde encontrás Publix (supermercado) CVS (farmacia) y hasta un Dollar Tree! (donde compras de todo por un dólar). También una zona de restaurantes y bares que es linda recorrer de noche. La playa es preciosa, tranquila, hay poca gente y el ambiente es familiar. Reciben tus compras por internet mientras estés hospedado (no antes), pero si utilizas Amazon Prime, llega todo en 24/48 hs sin problema. En el front desk lo reciben y te llaman para avisarte, dan muy buen servicio las 24 hs. Hacen eventos en la semana tipo "desayunos especiales" y "hot dogs en la pileta", esta programado y te dan la información apenas entrás. El cambio de toallas es una vez a la semana, pero te dan muchisimas en la habitación, así que alcanzan y sobran. La verdad, encontré buenos comentarios sobre el hotel y por eso lo reservé.
