Beautiful, new hotel. Decor leans towards contemporary with rustic accents. Doesn't sound pretty but somehow it all works! Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The rooms are good sized and double queen and single king beds. The bathrooms are large, well lit and ventilated with a walk-in shower but no tub. Amenities include free wifi, indoor heated pool (has a chairlift for handicap access), work out room, complimentary breakfast and a covered patio. Breakfast is an experience all in itself. It offers a wide selection on the menu and items such as eggs, bacon and sausage are cooked in the kitchen, not set out under heat lamps. But, the best part of the breakfast experience is Billy, the person In charge of this area. He makes you feel like a family member, is wonderfully cheerful and efficient. The covered patio with all it's picnic tables is an ideal place to enjoy a meal or just sit and relax. Wonderful hotel!

Wow is all we can say, the service for our whole stay was absolutely fantastic. The friendly atmosphere and staff, the cleanliness and overall hospitality was outstanding and this place is definitely worth the stay, we stayed 2 nights while visiting family and had just the best time. The breakfast area service was great and the food, coffee and stuff was absolutely wonderful and very well kept and clean. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful, the house keeping staff here does an amazing job keeping the clean, the rooms were some of the nicest we have had and we usually stay at Marriott or Hilton and I can tell you it was better than a lot of the places we have stayed. I can’t wait to visit again, our kids loved the pool and it’s right off the highway and close to lots of food options along with Walmart and convenience stores, honestly can’t say enough good things and that’s not an exaggeration.

We spent 9 nights in this hotel. It is clean and comfortable, however I don't see it as a 5 star hotel. It is advertised to have 100 channels on the tv but there are only 62 and no movie channels. The tvs and the guide cut off at random times with noone touching the remote and the sleep function was not used. With COVID being as bad as it is, none of the employees and very few guests wore masks. The hotel is smoke free and pet free which is very important with those who have medical issues or allergies. On our last night there, I was going out to my car and a lady walked out of a first floor room with her medium size black dog on a leash and took him out back by the covered pavilion to do his business in the grass. We wer eon the back side of the hotel on the third floor. The rooms were thin walled and you could hear everything going on in the rooms beside you and also out back at the pavilion area. Unattended children ran in and out of neighboring rooms at all hours of the day and night, running in the halls and beating loud. They also hit the walls numerous times in the neighboring rooms disturbing our sleep. One the fourth night of our stay, guests came out of the pool area and didnt dry off. There was water all over the tile in the lobby, computer area and elevators. I almost fell down in this water. The housekeepers started cleaning at 7:30 or 8:00Am every morning, waking us up vacuuming and letting doors slam. I also observed one housekeeper entering rooms with do not disturb signs on the doors. on our last night there, a group of construction workers staying at the hotel had a get together at the covered pavilion out back, drinking and talking loud. Open beer containers were visible and the next morning there were beer tops and cigarette butts all over the ground. They also had corn hold games set up and we had to heard the thumping of that until 9pm along with their conversations. The breakfast was great but on Labor Day they ran out of almost everything and the truck didnt bring more supplies until 2 days later so it was barely anything those two mornings. Billy in the breakfast area is amazing. He cooks from scratch and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone gets a good meal and helps in any other way he can. One day I needed towels and there was noone at the desk but Billy jumped in and helped getting clean towels for me. Stacy and Tess also go above and beyond to help the guests and tuly care about them. While it is a nice, clean, comfortable hotel, there are alot of issues that need to be fixed to make this the 5 star hotel it should be for $125 plus a night. the weekends are closer to $150 and you should definitely have a true 5 star hotel...

Pretty nice place. Staff was not that nice when I complained about people at the pool being very loud, had a radio playing loud had two coolers and drinking alcoholic beverages, that I personally seen them put ice in cups then pour them half full of some kind of alcohol and then pour a mixer on top of that. They was about 15 kids in the pool just yelling as loud as they could. Music playing loudly. My grandson started crying because his ear is so sensitive. He’s five years. We stayed here because he is having surgery in the morning. His night and sister’s was a bad experience thanks to the 15 kids in pool and about the same adults took over all the chairs. When I complained to the person on duty, he said that they allow drinking alcoholic beverage at the pool and they can have radios in the house as they want to because they’re guest. Also, I asked him to call the manager that was not a manager on duty here own property site so we had to call her. She said her name was Wendy and was the general manager. There was nothing she could do because there was also guest here I asked for a refund because that was not what I’ve paid for. She said she could not do that but there was allowed to do what they needed, but they did not ask about bringing a radio to the pool, but apparently they are allowed to drink alcoholic beverages in front of small kids. Several of them were drunk, acting inappropriately. I took a video of all of them because a lot of them were standing out in the hall because there wasn’t enough room in the pool area. Needless to stay I will not be staying back at this best western Most best westerns I have ever stayed at was very polite accommodating never had a problem, but I cannot allow my grandkids to watch people drink, and act inappropriately, or let other kids be mean to them and jumping on them in the pool we were teaching the five year-old to swim, but they had to leave after an hour of...

Seems no insulation between rooms. Room next to me woke me at 2am. Called front desk at 3am. No answer. Called room. They wouldn’t answer. Called main number to hotel. No answer. Went to front desk at 4am. Nobody there. I yelled out if anyone was working. No answer. I have beat on the wall. Turned on background noise but with the horrible phone signal here I could not stay connected to my program.

Their tv is funny. Programming is like something you would find in a old 90s hotel. No free movie channels. NBC didn’t work at all.

Good try best western but seems you are still just the old best westerns I remember as a kid. Low budget hotel.

I was really hoping it would be good because I drove 30min out of my way to stay here.

Bad tv, bad service, empty Gatorade bottle on sink when I first went in bathroom so no cleanliness. Very much noise between rooms Hairs all over the “makeup” towel.

Failed in every way. Even the lighting every light is such a color of bright white makes you feel like your on the sun. Needed sun glasses if you turned on more than 2 lights.

Well it’s 5am now and room 106 is still up blaring tv and having party. I have wasted enough time writing this. May as well go ahead and get up and go to work. Ain’t...
