When we checked into the Lebanon, NH Quality Inn. The front desk was comprised of unfinished plywood and the desk staff was rather unkept (shirt untucked and wrinkled). In fact, he was not at the desk but rather setting at the breakfast table watching a move on his laptop. Once checked in, which went smoothly, we entered our Room #211. As soon as we entered it was clear the bed was extremely soiled and room was not cleaned to any reasonable standard. I returned to the desk and asked for another room but was told the hotel was fully booked. I than asked for the sheets to be replaced to which the staff member advised he would send housekeeping to change them. After returning from dinner, we found the beds remade with the same solid sheets very disappointed for the price we paid.

The staff was kind and tried to be accommodating, but they couldn't work the computer system and during our one week stay they lost our reservation twice. They do allow pets, but they charged daily per pet on top of room rate. Because of this added charge they are more expensive if you have pets than much nicer hotels in the area in the end. The rooms are really outdated and not well cleaned at all.. I found what looked like blood in some really strange places... (Like high up on the sheer curtains???). The doors are light weight and felt like it would be really easy for someone to break in. The car dealer ship next door is using about half the parking lot for overflow parking and this meant that we couldn't park near our room ...

Absolutely disgusting! Walked into a smelly, dirty room. Stain on sheet and comforter. Hair on sheets. Toilet not washed. Dust all over desk. Door doesn't lock well and huge gap around door and tape holding door frame. We were staying there for a restful night before heading to the hospital. Absolutely no sleep. Workers who stayed there were loud and all you could smell in the halls and outside was cigarette smoke!!!

I checked in on September 7. I paid for my room in cash. I gave the Inn my credit card for security purposes. In case there was any damage when I checked out. Quality inn tried several times to make additional charges to my credit card with fraudulent charges. I paid for 4 days. It was about 651 dollars. Quality Inn tried to make charges to my card while I was checked in and already had paid for my room Quality inn then tried to charge another 651 dollars to my credit card. They tried that twice. Then they tried several times to make a charge for 306 dollars and another charge for 470 dollars. This is fraud. The toilet in my room didn't flush properly. The room above me was very loud.I could hear people stomping around all hours of the night. I also documented several things that were already damaged when I checked into the room. This place supposedly has free WiFi. I have my desktop computer in my car and asked if it would be ok to bring it inside and hook it up in my room for my stay. I was told I would use up all the WiFi and there wouldn't be enough WiFi for other guests. That's complete ignorance. I was also told they didn't want me to hack their computers. My desktop computer has alot of built in things. I simply wanted to bring it in. Assemble it in the room I paid for and use the free wifi to play some computer games I have. This was a really...

I recently stayed here for a nearby event and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The first thing that struck me was the appearance of the outside of the hotel. The building was rundown and there were people on the side of the building drinking in the doorway. I would not have felt safe walking inside if I had been alone. ||Once we got to our room, the situation only worsened. The floors were so dirty that they turned the bottom of our white socks black. There were several stains on the carpet. The floors certainly hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bathroom was particularly shocking; there was hair all over the shower and bathroom floor that did not belong to us. There were also strange brown stains on the shower floor. The toilet seat had not been wiped down. Again, someone elses hair and a strange grey substance on the seat. It certainly had not been cleaned between guests. There were stains on the bed sheets and an overall musty smell. The refrigerator was so dirty that we did not feel comfortable using it- stains and hair inside. Cleanliness certainly is not a priority for this establishment. ||We were in a particularly tough spot as we were there under a room block and could not upset our friends. ||SAVE YOUR MONEY!
