Would give 0 stars if I could. One of the breakfast attendees was great and let my son come and get cereal 7 mins after breakfast closed (we were in a soccer tournament so we got back afterwards). The location in proximity to Paradise Coast sports complex is ideal. That was why we booked. It is obvious that there are MANY concerns with this hotel from past comments over the course of MONTHS. I feel the health department needs to be contacted at this point. The hotel management is aware of concerns and yet nothing is being done. My husband booked this hotel as part of our stay to play contract, which needs to also be addressed. Location was the booking factor clearly, and he was at fault for not reading the reviews. It was also a booked weekend everywhere... With that being said, my husband and I are now both very sick and I truly believe it is from the toxic mold within the room. The air conditioner smelled STRONGLY of urine when it was ran. The windows did not open to get fresh air. This ammonia type smell in my opinion is from the water build up inside the air conditioner, which is not draining properly. This is highly toxic. There is NO way this just occurred overnight. All of the curtains, bedding and furniture smelled this way. Our clothes inside our luggage smelled that way! It made my tongue physically burn and I could not inhale to breathe well. It was high 70's and 80's during our trip and we didn't end up running the AC. $720 for four days for this dump. The shower head had black mold on it. The shower curtain rod was coming off of the wall. The toilet was not completely attached to the wall or floor. It felt like it was going to come off as you wiped. Furniture was dated ( 70's and 80's) and all scratched up and musty smelling. There was NO alarm clock and the TV remote didn't work. Loud volume is all you got. We got 2 towels and 2 washcloths in a room for 4 (2 legit double beds that were ridiculously small). Sheets were HORRIBLE.. They made me itch to where I ended up sleeping in between the blanket and top cover which you know are not changed regularly đ¤Ž. Scalding HOT water. For real it made you scream when you brushed your damn teeth. I'd take cold water only at this point. The pool area was relaxing! Pool itself was very dirty and cold but I spent a lot of time around the pool just to get fresh air. Breakfast was just weird....don't go into it expecting a typical free breakfast. They will have toast, muffins, yogurt and cereal , and the one day we had cold egg pancakes and meatballs (for real) and another day there was scrambled eggs and link sausage... with chips and salsa. The lady on this day was not very nice. We were scooping out food and she asked us what time it was and we said 10 ( the time breakfast stops) and she starts ripping stuff off the tables and puts up a barrier like it is her primary job to get everyone outta there at 10 sharp. All in all...I was so disgusted that this place is allowed to operate, especially after reading all these reviews. Don't let the exterior fool you, it looks nice on the outside, but it is a moldy, musty overpriced health hazard...
Read moreThis location is horrible! Iâd give negative stars if I could! This place is disgusting and poorly run. The general manager Rafael is an ignorant person and doesnât know how to do his job besides being rude to the customers. If you ask Rafael for more than one towel for the pool he will get upset with you and tell you that the other person has to be present to get the towel like youâre trying to rob the place of towels. The pool area is always dirty and the pools always full of bugs. This morning when I was using one of the public bathrooms on the first floor a fat German roach crawled up the wall. The room they put me in has black mold on the ceiling and the bed flipped over when I laid down on my first night here. Everything in this place is either damaged or broken. They never clean my room or if they do itâs on rare occasion and they half ass it. I keep having to change my own trash and ask for more toilet paper. The elevator was breaking down to where you would get in on the first floor and select the floor you want to go to and the door would close then open again on the first floor. When I brought this to Rafaelâs attention he smiled and said you have to send it up empty first then call it back down so you can take it back up to the floor you need to get toâŚ. Seriously! They had lunchables at room temperature in their market shop that needed to be kept refrigerated and Rafael just thought that was funny tooâŚ. Until they get sued for making someone sick. Their breakfast is prepared in a room unfit for food production and they do not follow proper sanitation practices, the liquid eggs they use and sausage links will make you sick. The yogurt doesnât get rotated properly either so you may occasionally get expired yogurtâŚ.. they offer free lemon water in the lobby but you can tell they just reuse the same lemons day after day. Iâve also witnessed other guests and even employees put their water bottles with there slobber onto the nozzles of the juice machine. This place is horrible, Iâm seriously considering contacting the health department and the Florida department of hotels. I was going to keep my review to myself until Rafael decided to...

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during the 4th of July weekend, from Thursday to Sunday, and I must sayâit was an excellent experience from start to finish.
Staff & Service: The highlight of my stay was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.
Anna, at the morning front desk, was exceptionalâvery professional, knowledgeable, and had top-notch customer service skills.
The overnight team, Anna and Wednica, were equally impressive. Youâd think working overnight might dull someone's energy, but not with these ladies! They greeted me warmly, even in the early morning hours, with the same enthusiasm as if it were the middle of the day.
Johan is a rockstar. Whether it was unclogging a sink, refreshing the lobby, or delivering towels, he responded quickly and efficiently every time.
I also had the opportunity to meet Raphael, the General Manager. You can tell he truly cares about this hotel. Heâs hands-on, constantly on the move, assisting his teamânot just giving directions but working right alongside them. Itâs clear he takes pride in his role, and that leadership shows in the excellent service throughout the hotel.
Room 127 - King Room: My room was immaculate. The bed was soft and comfortable, with five fluffy pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning! The room came with a refrigerator, microwave, a large flat-screen TV, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a coffee machine with both coffee and tea options. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared. For me, the room was a solid 10/10.
Location & Area: The hotel is conveniently located right off the exit, which made traveling easy. On Saturday, I explored the nearby area and found great stores like TJ Maxx, Bealls, and Ross, along with several others.
Overall: If you're in the Naples area and looking for a clean, well-run, and friendly hotel for a getawayâthis is the place. Great staff, great management, great stay. Iâll...
