Oof, I really really wanted to enjoy this place.. I don't mind the lack of amenities at all.. sure the outhouses were disgusting, but we were roughing it and for $12 a night you can't go wrong for a cheap weekend with the kids. We stayed at site 5 at windmill hill and holy shit was there a lot of poison ivy. It was literally everywhere. I had to keep reminding the kids to watch out for it and had to make sure it wasn't near the tents. I can't imagine how bad it would have been if I was unable to recognize it.. also, there was only 1 flat spot at the site and I gave it to my son so I kept sliding downhill the whole night.
