Comfort Suite Hollywood — Hotel in Los Angeles

This listing is not specified in clear view that it is a shared accommodation. We were completely thrown off by other people there on our vacation. The listing is non refundable and the host and management were very uncooperative as if the issue was unheard of. This place claims to have a private bathroom but someone walked in on my girlfriend while she was using the restroom. This listing is a scam with them banking on people not seeing the very secluded fine print of other guests. Random hosts and cleaning personnel are just in the building when you wake up with no warning. We will be taking further measures. I do not recommend this place at all. I never write reviews but this place is a complete SCAM. I wish I saw the REAL reviews before I arrived here, on upon arrival I was greeted with a shared space with stranger which was NOT in the real listing. In response to this, the owners tried to force me to to charge my card to have a place to stay, they didn’t tell me or Expedia any hidden fees and when I disagreed they shut the door and held me there and tried to fight me while I was with my family.
