I am writing this review and I am not sure if we will survive and come out alive from this hotel. We booked through @orbitz two double bed rooms however upon arrival when we were allotted our booked room and we came to it, we found someone else is already staying in that room. We went to the reception to speak with a very rude person who took forever to come and confirm what we already told them. We were then assigned two separate rooms on the upper level and while this hotel has wheelchair accessible signs posted everywhere, we didn’t find any elevators or ramp to go upstairs and no assistance from the hotel staff to go upstairs. We moved upstairs somehow and then went out for dinner. We were unpleasantly shocked upon our returning that our room doors were open and ajar. We went to the reception and complained about it and asked for security camera footage to know who entered the room, we were denied access to security footage. We are writing this review for others to read though we are not sure we will come out alive from this hotel. We request readers to call the local police to send help. We are traveling from abroad and don’t know how the police comes to help in the USA? This hotel is definitely not the best and safe place to visit. Our safety will determine how safe is USA ?

Enjoy a real “live among the ants” experience(!) with a bonus performance by a careless staff. See the attached video, which is for the desk where I’m supposed to work. I was going to film the bathroom ant festival too, but those were red ants and they climb my leg when I try to get close. On my 1st and 2nd days, I asked the staff to fix the issue, to which they responded “maintenance will take care of it” without any sign of apology, empathy or gratitude for my understanding. Then they proceeded to never fixing the issue or offering an alternate room. 🎶 🎶 🎶 So if that’s what you’re into, then go ahead and book a roo-oo-oom. Cha-cha-cha 🎶 🎶 🎶 😬😬😬

Staying at this hotel for business, the room is very spacious. The room I got has two double beds, accommodating four people. The hotel has all the necessary amenities, and the front desk staff are very friendly. The hotel also provides breakfast with decent ingredients, though it's a bit simple with limited choices, and the breakfast options remain the same every day. They also offer complimentary freshly brewed coffee, which is a bonus.

I really was excited to experience this place, although their prices are comparable and competitive to the big hotel names around the area, I really wanted to experience this place, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I was there only for 1 night for business and I didn't take photos of the place. So take my review as you wish because this is exactly what I experienced. Check in process was easy and great, and the hotel looks up to date in some places. They gave me room 108: initial check of the room when I got in, looked fine. It was cute, roomy, and I got a 2 bed full beds in the room. But when I booked, I had the impression that I booked the 2nd floor with a balcony. When the gal gave me the room, she didn't seem to tell me that the hotel is fully booked. I was disappointed. Theres nice closet space, good working table, TV was on and welcoming. The bed wasn't entirely comfy, but for 1 night it was fine. Bathroom: clean and lighting was great. But after inspecting closely, there was hair on the ground near the tub, and inside the tub was a few long pieces of hair too. I decided to turn on the water to wash away the hair pieces so I can shower and rest. As I was turning the knob, the entire knob fell off. I was in shock, but luckily I was able to put it back on to turn the water to the temp I want and shower. It did not stay on though. Telephone in room: After my shower, I decided to report my findings to the front desk asap. I tried to call them, but the phone did not work. No dial tone, no nothing. I checked the plug, and it was plugged in, so I wasn't sure what was going on. I looked for their number online, and just called with my cell phone. The gal seemed very apologetic and said the maintenance person will be there at 8am. I told her I'll be checking out at 7am. Nightstand: As I was getting into bed, I was getting ready to charge my phone to be ready for the next day, I noticed none of the plugs on the nightstand work. Another thing wrong with the room. Noise: I couldn't sleep at first, because the hotel is very close to the street and CalTrain. The train was loud at times when it was The morning comes: I check out, and tell the man at the front desk, and he didn't seem very apologetic, but he said he'll check on it and the maintenance man next to him was very nice about it and apologized for my troubles. Sigh, at this point, I think I am really upset and done with apologies. They could have done more, for $415+ one night, and all this I've experienced, they should have give me at least 50% off of what I paid. It was super upsetting. I definitely will not be coming back unfortunately. I tried to give it one more chance by checking out the "free" breakfast but when I got their, the options were minimal, not mu cup of tea. I tried to take an apple for the road, but the apples were super soft and the outside skin was wrinkly. Gross! Good Luck to the...

Upon arriving at my original room, I discovered the door was left open. I assume this was due to housekeeping not ensuring the door was closed correctly. I proceeded to scan the room for security purposes since it was left open, and it was during this time I found several shortcomings regarding cleanliness. The shower had hairs and ants; there was trash from the previous occupant left under the bed; the bedding did not have a fitted sheet but instead a top sheet. I pulled the sheet down to look at the mattress protector, which revealed hair-filled bedding. It was clear somebody had not cleaned this room. I decided to go to the front desk and ask for a room change. The hotel representative did not inquire about my request or apologize for the inconvenience. After arriving at my second room, I soon realized the situation was not much better. Again, trash under the bed (a golf tee, a used soap box, and a quarter). And again, there was no fitted sheet, but instead, a top sheet was used in its place. It wasn't until getting into bed I realized the worst part: a fresh red stain (either food or blood) on my bedding. Along with this, my bedding was upside down, and two of my four pillowcases had substantial holes. ||||Upon checking out of the hotel, a hotel representative asked how my stay was. I shared my unpleasant experiences and the lack of cleanliness, to which the associate asked me to share specifics (asked if I had any pictures). Rather than apologizing, the associate explained they employ a third-party cleaning service when they are short-staffed. She added that the service has different standards and that no one from the hotel had a chance to check the room. Checking under a bed for trash and clean sheets with no holes should be basic standards for any hotel or cleaning service. ||||The hotel associate did provide a $75 discount for my reservation, $300 plus reservation. While this is appreciated, the lack of cleanliness, standards, and customer service does not amount to the price paid for this one-night stay. I am disappointed and highly dissatisfied with this...

It is now 10:22pm on March 31, 2022 when I am writing this review . When we arrived they could not find our reservation. The “worker” said basically too bad we would have to wait until 11pm for a lady that has worked here for years to show up. Mind you I paid $300 for a room to be checked into with a 3pm check in. With an eye roll she said she called the manager and his wife’s phone and it is going straight to voicemail so there was nothing she can do. Then when I said I would call Priceline she quickly said oh well let me restart my computer. There it is, I found it??? She gives us our keys finally. We first ran up to a fast food drive through (before they closed) and came back to the room. When we walked into the room it was dirty , bed was not made, drinks everywhere . The room had not been cleaned. We went to the front desk again and told her the room was dirty . She pulled out this wrinkled paper with highlighter markings and said well I don’t know what to tell you, the room was marked clean soooooo….. well so it is not cleaned and we will either need someone to clean up the mess from the prior guest or a new room. She said she was not housekeeping and it was not her job or responsibility (as her paid guest are sitting there without a room at 10:30 at night) I told her she was an employee of the hotel and apparently the only one here or that could be reached and she said oh well it is not my responsibility!!! So we are sitting here waiting for “someone who has worked here for years” to tell us what we are going to do at 11pm at night. I will update again with...
