Me and my wife drove by the store to buy set of Mattress at Franklin location, we have always purchased at the store it had a very smooth and easy transaction, but this time around, I found scams and dishonesty by store manager Hans that made so many promises and nothing really set and done, wasted 4 hrs at the store on a Sunday with my family and kids. Nevertheless I brought my friend to buy the mattress as well and tested out the mattress and when she got at home it wasn’t the same of the one she wanted, nevertheless tho mattress was sinking . Upset, frustrated with transactions I went to another location at Mattress Firm at Milford location for another purchase and was greeted by the salesman Luis. He was extremely informative and help us find the right mattress and answer our questions and anxiety from previous purchases from another location as I was venting the previous day experiencing that I had with another location, the store manager Adrian quickly stepped in, to check in my previous purchases and after looking over my previous purchases he provided the piece of mind that I had choose the 2 set of queen mattress that was a very good quality. I want to give the kudos to the store manager, Adrian and salesman Luis for the top notch customer service and needless to say we felt very confident about it leaving thanks to him and his team not only because of the honesty but the transparency at every step of the way. I’ll be coming back soon for another purchases and will send many other friends request to always shop and ask for Adrian and Luis that makes a better place to be when you need a mattress and honest, genuine advice to choose the right one. Adrian Arias is so great, I had to come back a second time!

Adrian assisted my sister and I back in July when she was shopping for a mattress. Now, my husband and I needed a new mattress and I didn’t think twice about who to go to. As always, Adrian was ready to help with his friendly attitude and greeted us right at the door. He is the best sales man I have met in a while! He asked us about how we sleep, if we had experience with an adjustable bed (which we do), the budget we had in mind, and showed us the best mattresses and adjustable bases option to choose from.

He is attentive and made sure my husband and I left with the max quality mattress/base combo within our budget, and with the best deal possible! He took all the Covid precautions, had a professional demeanor, outgoing and friendly attitude, and better yet, he gave us numerous options and scenarios making sure we did not feel pressured to buy anything. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase and experience today.

My 3-4 month old adjustable bed stopped working. The remote works and bed shows the green lights have power but the remote which also lights up brand new batteries is not connecting to the base. The Mattress Firm employees were very professional and listened about there third party delivery drivers who originally delivered my bed that there were two things that could be questionable and I informed them of it but they were not a big deal just$149.99 you would think these small issues should not have been a part of anyone purchasing a bed having to be possibly intentionally unnerving about one and the other is just what your delivery practices claim but especially during covid-19 it would be taken a little more serious but Matress Firms Employees have been great and I still prefer to purchase any future bed at your store but 3rd party delivery drivers are not held to your stores standard not every time but epecially when I had my most recent purchase for my Full bed and base that stopped working after 4-5 months or so but my previous twin bed from Matress Firm is still working well.
