lying manager and dishonest management. Travelers alert. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! Me and my colleagues were there 11/8/2020 for a business trip. We planned to stay for six nights. But our assistant forgot to book the hotel for us. The hotel told us they don't have availability on Monday so we will have to check out on Monday. We just drove from PA.... we decided to stay and look for tomorrow's stay. We were there for about 30 min then we found out another hotel is available for the whole week. So we called the front desk and asked what is our option if we will be charged the whole night? partial? The lady told us she understood our situation and we won't be charged if we left. at that time, we were so grateful and very appreciative the hotel. WE WERE WRONG. I came back from the trip and found out the hotel charged us the full fee without notifying us. I called and guess what. they denied all the conversation about "will not charge". Common sense, who will leave if the hotel told you they will charge you. It is absolutely unethical. To all the business travelers, DO NOT STAY here. you don't want to spend energy to deal with scam and work at the same time. I am absolutely not let it go, It is my right. This hotel that I personally got our entire baseball league to stay at and is sold out tonight you would think he would be helpful but no. The hotel charged me not once , but three times ...... yes 3 times and of coarse he has an an excuse for that. Then I was charged for my mother in laws room as well another excuse for that. So now for a room that should of cost 360 it has cost me over 1200...... no I’m sorry or anything. Blaming everything on digital check in ( which I always do and has never happened before)
To top everything off. My in laws air conditioning in their room is broken and is 79 degrees and was told about this earlier today and did nothing. We came back from a baseball tournament and room is still 79 degrees and still chooses to do nothing. Read moreIf there were an option to give this hotel a zero (or a negative raiting), I would in heartbeat! The service was horrible and for two days the workers didn't know ANYTHING when asked. The manager Nicole was very rude and made racial comments under her breath. On top of that, they charged many of the guests that stayed that weekend TWICE (myself included). Over 12 guests had problems with their rooms on the first day alone. Many of the guests had to wait to be serviced and we were all told that this would be handled immediately.
It's been a month and a week and this problem has not been resolved for me and many other guests. Everytime I call and visit the facility, the manager disappears until you leave. The last time that I did call to handle this, she said that she would call the police for harrassment.
