DO NOT STAY HERE…Hotel is HORRIBLE! Save yourself the money and stress… 1st we got a double room from Friday till monday…There was no small towels .. went ask the front desk for towels and she said she was 100% sure all rooms had a set of small towels.. and refused to give me any towels and I’m a family of 4… basically accused us of stealing towels!!! ask the housekeeper who was 2 rooms down if she could stop buy and vacuum the room.. she replied that she can give me the vacuum and I could vacuum my own room!!!!! It’s 40 degrees outside and we have no heater!!! And front desk refuse to give us another room or check the problem…. We are not problematic people!! And usually don’t run into this many problems at one hotel!!!! We didn’t even tell them about the toilet not flushing because we knew they wouldn’t even attempt to solve any issues…. They could care-less!! We paid $100 dollars a night to stay in the trashiest hotel I have ever stayed!! And they refused to give us a refund.. Absolutely horrible... my check in was a joke. I had a reservation, the desk clerk mocked me when I said it. Im assuming that reservations are not common.. anywhere, I told her it was already paid for, she was adamant about putting me down as a walk in.. I told her no.. not when I have my receipt that it's booked and paid for.. they gave me a room in the back.. it wasn't just inconvenient, it was also disgusting....

My girlfriend and I recently stayed a few nights back. It was real quiet. A decent hotel with many things in walking distance. The manager Brandy was delightful and so passionate about her job.
