Disorganized and nasty. We reserved a king and were given two queens. No comforter, just a sheet and a thin decorative blanket on top. Bugs all over the rooms. The bathroom towel rack was busted, and the bathroom was filthy. Dust caked all over the air vent and hanging down, the door sticky and stained with who knows what. The air conditioning unit seemed on its last leg. There is no continental breakfast, the site says they have a free voucher for each guest for the neighboring McDonalds, but they say they haven't had that for years and say the Super 8 website and people are to blame. They have no muffins and their donuts had been there for what seemed like ages because every time I went in they had the same placement and scratches on them - probably from a previous guest trying to see if they changed. Then I'm trying to fill up my coffee first thing in the morning to try and wake up - oh yeah, another thing they're supposed to provide in room (coffee and coffee maker) but don't - and a woman behind the desk with the older white woman starts yelling at me and wagging her finger. "You can't do that!!!" I turned to see if her ungodly screech was directed at me and sure enough, it was. "You can't fill that whole thing up!". Keep in mind it's an 8 ounce mug. "You are limited to a four ounce coffee cup. You have to be mindful of everyone else here. They only allow us to make one pot." And when my husband came to check out, the older white lady behind the desk pretended she had no idea what he was talking about when he brought it up - and then tried to charge him extra. This might not be the worst hotel in America, but it's bthe worst I have ever stayed at.

I'm here right now, writing this. After reading reviews, I looked, and didn't see any bedbugs, thankfully. However, THE BATHROOM IS A JOKE! If you're plus sized, hell, I'd even say if you're regular, you'll probably have better luck in a port-a-potty. Long story short, I had to climb the gigantic bath tub and squat in it just to wipe myself, and nearly broke my head trying to climb out of it (I'm 6'2", so good luck being average height and getting in and out of that death trap!!!)... If it wasn't for the bathroom, I'd probably be giving them 4-5 stars. The room is a lot bigger than I expected, and even has a couch. There's also two coffee tables, a large (40" or so) TV, microwave, mini fridge and coffee machine. The room looks decently clean. There's a thick layer of dust behind everything, but honestly, I'm the most concerned with a clean bed and bathroom (that normal sized people can't even use, apparently). For the room size, decently clean room and letting me have my two dogs with me for just $76, I think that's amazing.

Do not stay here. Hotels 6 miles down the highway may cost 20$ more but are leaps and bounds better than this one. Disgusting room. Bed was dirty bathroom was dirty. Basically everything in the room was dirty, soiled and gross. The smell was unfathomable. Walked inside the room , looked around and walked out. Asked for a refund , they said no , which is no surprise so luckily my credit company refunded no problem. This place is not as advertised and is a rip off. Be careful about spending your money here. Woodspring suites is 6 miles down the road-pet friendly, and the same price and the quality is so much better.

I would give this place Negative stars if possible! I stayed here for 5 days and it was an unbelievable experience, first my ac didn't work and the owner said I should leave my door open even though I expressed that I felt unsafe doing so( there is alot of traffic in and out of here from people that aren't staying at this motel). The pool is full of water and is black looks as if it had never been cleaned. After having 3 different people look at the ac I was informed that the owner said I just didn't know how to work an ac unit. They finally moved me upstairs where I encountered several roaches and a very dirty floor and bathroom, I went and bought my own cleaning supplies and did it myself. The sheets on one of the queen beds was covered in stains and looked as if it had never been washed, also all of the towels were stained. I also found a used condom thrown outside of the room. I had sat trash outside to be collected and it sat there for almost 2 days. The toilets in both rooms werent even bolted to the floor when sitting down you felt as if you were going to fall off. The lady by the name Sonya is very rude and treated me like some kinda scum off the street. I checked out early due to the conditions of this horrible establishment and she asked me where I was going, I said I am moving to my brand new home she said oh did you get an apartment I said no we are moving into our brand new house we have just been waiting for it to be delivered. Then I informed her you treated me like some kinda trash off the street and that is far from the truth. They also kept the remainder of the balance and charged me an extra $30 because I didn't stay the whole week they then charged me a daily rate because I didn't stay the whole week. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT and tell anyone you know that plan on...

I wish i could give negative stars! I just stayed here with my 6 yr old & my mom and we was treated awful, especially my son! The lady that checked us in was great(i think she was the owner/manager maybe) i took my son to the pool which was locked so i asked the lady if we could and she she yes. After 5 minutes in the pool a different lady came up to my son, not me and said she was the pool monitor/maid and he couldn't be running and jumping which i understood but then she told him in a mean way that if he seen lighting he needed to leave, there was a tornado watch which was a lie and she was closing the pool in 5 minutes. He got out and didn't want to swim because she was being mean and he was scared too! She needed to talk to me not a 6 yr old and don't scare them but I held my composure then but the next day he wanted to look at the pool and he was just holding onto the bars and looking, HE WASN'T DOING ANYTHING WRONG but here she come yelling at my son to get away from the pool! Well i had something to say then so i went to the front to desk but i don't think anything was done. The lady at the front desk just said she would tell her boss. I also got 2 coffees that morning and 1 doughnut and i went back with the same cups for a refill and the 3rd time i just got sugar and the lady sitting on the couch not doing anything said she's been here 3 times whoooooaa. I felt very disrespected by the employees, i will never ever stay here again! They also turned off the airconditioner while i was gone too which was wrong! Sorry so long but i told the truth, drive a little further and go...
