Dixie Haven Resort — Hotel in North Webster

Webster Lake is a great place to escape to but Dixie Haven and Fisherman's Cove is where you need to stay. The whole experience of lake life is better when you are there. The homes you can rent on the lake are beautiful but for the real experience you need to stay here. The scenery, the staff and the other guests make both of these places so special. The rooms / cabins are clean and have all the essentials you need. If you need anything, all you have to do is ask. The pool is always crystal clear. The water is tested daily and bonfires are lit every night. These two places make Webster Lake my favorite get away.|This was my 1st time staying at Dixie Haven, the only complaint I have is that the view from Room 5 is the back of the house. You don't get to watch the sun come up over the water. Maybe if the trees along the road were gone there would be a better view of the water. But that's only one room. I wouldn't stay anywhere else but these two places while visiting...

What a great find! I've been looking for a place to stay in the northern part of Indiana to bass fish local lakes. Dixie Haven works out for that. Parking for a truck, boat and trailer is a bit tight, but it worked out well, parking beside room number 1. This place is very clean, very up to date. Has good wifi, good cable tv reception, and comfortable beds. Not to mention the rooms have a kitchenett! Tammy and Dave are very hospitable. They'll do whatever it takes to make your stay enjoyable. They built a bonfire, even though only a couple of rooms were occupied. We WILL return, maybe this spring and next fall for certain!

Our family had all 5 rooms rented for the weekend and all got together around the fire pit after a family wedding and we had a wonderful time. Rooms very clean and nice to chat with the new owner (Carly) (great name, same as our middle granddaughter) and she could not have been more pleasant! We love this place.
