Children are frowned upon and not welcome. I have an antique business in Nashville and planned spending money in this store but the moment I walked in with my children we got dirty looks and immediately were approached and told to not let kids touch anything, not even the toys (of which most were not even antiques). I was shocked with how terrible the customer service was. I’ve taken my children to antique stores many times before and I’ve never been treated this way. Every single person who worked there was unbelievably rude. I never write reviews but I felt the need to say something because it was truly a terrible experience. Take your money elsewhere!

Read moreI loved this antique mall and have spent quite a bit there. But today, I accidentally slid my card instead of inserting the chip.
This simple mistake caused a lot of frustration for the woman, one of the owners--I believe, who rung me up. She talked down to me and scolded me, explaining to me as if I were a child, to always insert the chip after I had apologized for my error.
I apologized quite a bit afterward but she still seemed upset with me. This was a very embarrassing moment for me.
