Lathrom's Landing RV Park & Fish Camp — Hotel in Oak Hill

We stayed in the trout cabin. It was very clean and nice! The cabin had everything that we could need. The owners definitely take pride in everything being neat and clean. The view from the room was awesome. We Had coffee outside overlooking the water every morning. The docks were great and had everything that we needed for our boat. Extension cords and hoses were provided. We used the fish cleaning station for our shrimp that we caught and it was very convenient. We enjoyed meeting the owners and they even helped us extend our stay by a few days when we just weren't quite ready to head home yet. We really enjoyed staying here. The fishing was great and all of the people around the park that we met were welcoming and ready to give us fishing tips/advice. My husband and I stayed at Lathrom's Landing RV Park from November 2019 to February 2020. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners Doug and Christine were great and the residents and guests were very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun at the monthly get togethers (pot lucks) with live entertainment. They have a 60’ pier where we did quite a bit of fishing and shrimping. We also saw a lot of dolphins, manatees, and white pelicans. They also have a clubhouse that has a shower, bathrooms, coin-operated washer/dryer and a full kitchen. And of course you can’t beat the beautiful view of the Indian River. They also have a Fish Camp next door. The closest supermarket is Publix and there is also a Winn Dixie. There is also a flea market at the end of the street open on the weekends. We will...

My husband and I just stayed in the "Shrimp Lovers" cabin..so cute! This cabin had a full kitchen, Roku TV and all the comforts of home. It was also very clean with the cutest rustic beach life décor! We really like that we were able to bring our boat, put in right there and keep it docked right outside of our cabin door. The picture I added was taken outside of our door in the early morning. There were plenty of really nice places to eat nearby and if you want to venture out, there is some really good dining in New Smyrna Beach. One night we ate at a place called Norwood's Restaurant & Treehouse Bar...very cool atmosphere with live music and great food!
