On the road traveling to the hotel we called to confirm our check in and asked the front desk for the up grade since we are diamond members. She informed us we could not have it for our full 7 day stay, only allowed it for one night. We politely declined, not wanting to only stay one night in a room and have to move all of our things.. not sure what the point in being a diamond member is if you can’t use the perks of it. 🤷‍♀️ Upon arrival after a 13hr. Drive we wanted nothing more than to check in and lay down. When we were given the keys to our room, after carrying a hand full of our things up stairs we discovered the a/c didn’t work. Called the front desk, they sent the maintenance man up with a new set of keys to another room. 🤷‍♀️. (Ok that’s fine just get us a room please) we get into another room A/C works but tv remote back is off, batteries expose, remote will not turn on the tv, only change the channels, no volume control, power or input control. During the stay we had to have 3 new sets of keys made. The keys were not placed near a phone or debit card. The key would open the door to the room but not the interior door to the main hotel room this happened twice. There was no do not disturb sign had to ask for one. The last day there before a 13 hr drive home I placed the sign on the door and at 9:30 the maid was knocking right as i dozed off , when I opened the door I had discovered someone had took the sigh off the handle.. (that was lovely)The maid was nice but she would take the towels at 9:30-10:00 am and not show back up until 3 in the afternoon. And one day she didn’t bring any back at all I had to call the front desk and was told she would bring me some but 30 mins later still didn’t have any, I had to walk down to the desk and get some because my boyfriend was getting off work and needed a shower. And I had previously had to dry off myself with a wash cloth because I didn’t have anything else.. towels need to be on the cart in the mornings to swap then not 6 hours later… the microwave needed cleaned badly also, food splattered on the inside. When asked when the pool would be open I was informed “tomorrow “ three days later it finally opened. Over all it was a place to sleep and sit minus the loud thumping music in the late evenings and early mornings. As a diamond member we expect a bit of a better experience and more quality service. Not a place we are...

I did not want to leave a negative review. I travel for business, and passing the word along to my fellow travelers is important. The one star I gave was for customer service. Besides that, I would not want to have given even one star.

I am becoming more and more disappointed with Wyndham every day.

I booked this hotel because it was a great price, and the rating was shown as a 7. This was far from the case for me. To start on a positive note, the customer service was great. They have a nice Indian restaurant on site, which has wonderful food! The staff were pleasant there as well.

We did not have a good night. We had an outside, non-smoking room. The room smelled like cigarettes, and I could tell, that old nicotine was stuck to the walls, and in the air conditioner vent filter. We had to turn the A/C off because the smell became worse blowing through the vent. Our comforter had cigarette burns in it, and it smelled like cigarettes as well.

To make things worse, they have a nightclub on the premises. At first, I thought a car was in the parking lot blasting their music. But I realized I was mistaken when we went downstairs to check where the noise was coming from. To our misery, they have a nightclub attached to the building! I was in shock!

We were exhausted from the road and had to hear booming music all night! White noise wasn't even much help to drown out the noise. It's a small nightclub called the Escape Lounge. I wish we had been warned about the nightclub they have there when we arrived. I would have left immediately and asked for a refund.

On top of this, the building is old. Every time someone came in and out of their room, the building made a loud noise. It was unsettling.

Beware when you book a hotel at a price that seems too good to be true... even if it has a high rating. I have no idea how they have a 7 on Priceline! It's shocking and disappointing.

We were supposed to stay for three nights for work. We left early the next morning and did not look back. By the way, The Baymont, 9 miles away is a wonderful place to go if you find you need to leave...

We've stayed at this Ramada several times over the last five years. We usually stay at this Ramada because of the affordable rates. We like to soak in the hot tub. ||During our stay at the Ramada, Joe and I had a suite. The suite has a separate room with a king bed. The bedroom has a bigger flat screen TV than the living room. There are two bathrooms in the suite. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, toilet, countertop with sink, clothes rack, luggage rack and an ironing board. The other bathroom has a toilet and a sink by the the kitchenette. ||The kitchenette has a small refrigerator under the countertop and a microwave on the countertop. There's a bar sink in the countertop of the kitchenette. ||This suite would be great for a few days to relax, recover from surgery or if you have to work. The living room has a couch, coffee table, flat screen TV and desk with a chair. There's plenty of space to work separately from other people. ||There's free breakfast in the mornings. You can make your own waffles. During our last visit there was bacon and scrambled eggs. My husband and I don't eat meat, dairy products or eggs. They usually have some packaged food (muffins and/or pastry) and bread available in the mornings. A variety of cereal is stored in plastic bins. The refrigerator has yogurt and milk. We usually just have juice and maybe coffee in the mornings in the breakfast area. Sometimes I'll snack on cereal. We usually eat food in our room. ||We ate some plant-based food at the Indian restaurant once a few years ago. They had some vegan and vegetarian options on their menu. ||We've had family members stay in a couple other rooms here while in Odessa. It's a good location and there's plenty of parking available. ||My husband, Joe and I live almost four hours away from Odessa. We plan to stay there during our next shopping trip.||Tips: The interior rooms by the courtyard are...

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Wyndham should have higher standards for hotels representing their name. I chose this hotel based on the Wyndham name thinking it would be a nice room. Upon arrival we were told we had an exterior non smoking room. It was definitely not a non smoking room. It smelt like an ash tray. I turned on the AC hoping to circulate air to get the smell out. The AC unit smelt of urine. The light in the restroom constantly flickered like a strobe light. I went to the front desk to express my concerns and ask for a refund. I was upgraded to an interior room. The interior room wasn’t much better. It still smelled of cigarettes. The entire hotel smells of cigarettes. The new room felt dirty. The comforter was stained. The furniture was outdated and stained. The AC vents were disgusting, the light switches were dirty. The ceiling tiles were water damaged. The baseboards/plastic molding was tacked on without regard. The bathroom lighting near the pool was flickering as well. The lobby furniture was old and outdated. There was a grocery store shopping cart inside on the 2nd floor. The soda machine and ice machine were both out of order. There was an emergency exit sign not properly mounted, it was hanging by a wire. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel.

This hotel has two bedrooms on the second floor but no elevator in the hotel. Was told only king beds on the first floor. Rooms old and but meets our basic needs. Service unfortunately none. The staff I spoke with was nice but I have been with Wyndham for years I have never been where there is a laundry room of linen and towels but the evening staff does not have access to the needed supplies. We needed towels and pool towels but the staff stated unable to get them till the next day at 9 am. The pool towels were not available families requested towels but none were available. We had a child with an injury at the poolside and the first aid kit has not been restocked. The coffee was hot at 9 pm but no cream was available. Staff spoke limited to no English and observed a family who may have been employed with the restaurant or was having an event where kids played and others lay on the couches. Have not been to see breakfast. Noticing many rooms are empty we requested two rooms close to or next to each other by the pool. We ended up on the second floor next to each other but not across from the pool. Came out to take and someone was smoking marijuana. The escape room music can be heard from the pool area. The pool is extremely cold and the hot tub is just right.

Only giving it 2 stars because they had the mini golf & ping pong table which is unheard of at this type of hotel, otherwise I would have rated it 1 star. They do have the indoor pool and hot tub, however water was on verge of green and blue which I could not exactly figure out if it was dirty water or the fact that it needs to be replasterred. The room and 95% of the hotel could really use better housekeeping, it was just plain dirty. There was accumulation of dust everywhere, stains on the walls, and restrooms by the pool area where dirty the entire 2 days we were there. It's a really outdated hotel who needs some TLC, and a whole lot of remodeling, it has sadly been neglected. The breakfast is the worst! Do not waste your time going down for it. Hours for bf are 6-9am, day 1 went down at 8 and all that was left was batter mix for waffles, 1 bagel, stale cereal, and a few danishes, no coffe or juice, asked for additional eggs and bacon or fruit and was told " todays portions are out" day 2 went down at 7:15 same thing, except this time there was juice, coffe, and 2 yogurts. Simply not worth the $125 per night we paid. ( Why didn't we go elsewhere? Because everything was sold out! Were there over father's day weekend)
