So I was holding off on writing a review to see if they would do the right thing but it has been 3 weeks since I reserved a bay for myself, my girlfriend and a couple other ppl. We showed up 30 mins early and was told they double booked us and someone already took the slot. We were not offered any solution other than your money will be refunded. Mind you it was raining/sleeting and we had to walk back to the front getting soaked to our vehicles. This was March 29th i believe. I waited a few days and saw no pending deposit, so I called them for 2 days in a row and even stopped by to leave my information. Nothing for another few days. I showed up a few days later when they were supposed to be open and no one was there other than a cpl ladies who work in the kitchen. They couldn't open the place themselves but they got me in contact with a manager who honestly was very sweet and attentive. She called me a few days later and said the owner said he could get me another reservation but no discount. I said just refund my money. It's been a week since then and still no deposit from them. Of course the owner is "out of town" and the manager is not allowed to refund without his consent. This is by far the most poorly run business and I will never step foot in this place again unless it's to pick up my money. Read moreWould have loved to experience it, but didn't happen. Set a reservation at 11am that morning for 7pm. Called that morning prior to setting that reservation to ask a few questions. Arrived a little early, place was pretty much empty, stood there for about 5 minutes, was looked at twice by the bar tender. Finally walked up asked if we could get assistance. Told her we had a 7pm reservation. She stated someone was already playing that bay and that they double booked it. I asked to see the manager. Manager came out with a different excuse and said they had previous internet issues since that morning so everything was delayed. She actually sounded and looked confused when I told her the name on my reservation twice. I assume that excuse was BS since the lady I talked to at 11am didn't mention any internet issues, nor was my emailed reservation updated with any issues. Was told it was going to be at least an hour wait or longer, until they were ready to vacate the booth. Least they could have done is notified us of the delay. On top of that to not get any sort of welcome when walking in and looked at twice like we were the lost ones is garbage customer service. Made a 45 minute drive thinking the whole reservation deal was actually legit. Doesn't surprise me though. Is typical of this area. Definitely looks like a nice place and hopefully they'll get the proper people in place to run it correctly for those that do go in the future....
Read moreWe had a reservation Sunday 07/20 when we got there the screen was black & grainy the bartender was the only “assistance” there. She stated she was new and didn’t know much about it but that she thought it would go away once we started playing. Paid $65 for an hour and the whole time it was lagging (very very slow), grainy (the whole screen was just blurry we couldn’t see anything unless we would look at the monitor), and the bartender said her manager wasn’t able to come down and fix it for us and she didn’t know how. She promised us a refund, I have emailed, called up there, & attempted to put an inquiry online for a call back. Still no communication or refund. Don’t waste your time or money for this place.
