Right by the Glen Canyon Dam, you have a view of beautiful formations, Lake Powell, and potentially some beautiful sunrises & sunsets. The spots are solid, pretty close to level, was not use to a faith-system where you fill out information cards to charge your stay. But, the Park Ranger over at the marina entrance gate was very helpful in explaining the situation. @ $14 a night, you definitely can not beat that with the great views, the peace & quiet and the well-maintained area. I'm looking forward to being back there...

Lots of parking and there’s a nice trail on the left side of the parking lot (left across the road) that is clearly marked with two lines of well-placed rocks. We came here and spent 1 hour walking and taking photos of the cool wave / rock formations. This place is a “hidden gem”- not crowded and still undiscovered in my opinion. We didn’t have to get a lottery permit or pay anything to park here during the daytime (we do own an annual national park pass but it‘a...

Nice place to stay 1 nite passing thru. Needs to be more policed. Bc we were in site 6 and the spot next to us clearly had signs up said NO MOTOR VEHICLES. When we arrive only couple campers were their it quickly filled up. Only has 6 sites and a bunch of kids with 2 vehicles and tent camped where it said No Vehicles. And the we're loud up till midnight. Woke us up coming in and partying. Needless to say we never got any sleep and...

Amazing view! You can see the lake. We got there around 2 and there were only 2 or 3 sites occupied, but a couple sites ended up doubled up, and a couple other people just parked at the edges and overnighted. Not sure if they paid or if they just didn't get caught or whatever. Either way, it was an absolute beautiful site. Walking around, we realized we were collecting and tracking some really stabby things (pictured) into our RV.
