Kitschy place, bare bones but special in a way hard to describe. The manager, Moses is all business but friendly and very accomodating. We loved the gorgeous sunsets and excellent wi-fi. We stayed a week in a 1-br rental that was towards the back so we never heard any traffic noise which is a huge plus since I'm a light sleeper. Our room was cozy, simple, great cable channel selection. You just need your own pots & pans. Tbe shower stall was small but good water pressure. I felt safe and happy staying here. Read moreI’ve been living here for two years and this place is a dump. There’s mice and cockroaches all in my place. The cesspool overflows to where the water comes out of back of the toilet, floods the place, even overflows the bathtub when I take a shower and the water goes down the bathtub drain slowly after I take a shower. The place is really/extremely dirty. When I ask one of the managers to fix something, they procrastinate. The landlord has something against me, my boyfriend and his mother. Also, they don't clean or wash bedding/towels until you ask them too, and even then they still take a few days before you have to request it again. Staff is nice even so. They charge $300 a week.
