Familia Barrios Taco Grill — Restaurant in California

I ordered some nachos yesterday 5 to be exact and a chicken quesadilla on the side. The children nacho with shrimp I had was on point I mean it was uzing with so much flavor with all those toppings. But they missed part of my order the chicken nacho and the quesadilla. I tried calling no answer. So I went up there today to let them know my order wasn't complete. Spoke to a young lady didn't get her name she was very sweet and apologetic no attitude just nice something people are not these days. She was so was the owner Flio I hope I spelled it right. He apologize as well and said they will complete my order. And he didn't want to lose me as a customer. Now that too is a rare these days. That made me feel really good about patronizing his business. Little do he know I come there often sending my son or daughter to pick up a taco or two. That chicken nacho with shrimp I highly recommend visiting Familia Barrios and pick you up one you'll love it. It's my go to place now. Be careful when you order. I ordered 5 shrimp tacos to eat there and a Pastor burrito to-go and only got 4 shrimp tacos. I said to the young lady that I was missing 1 shrimp taco. She kind a shined me on. My friends and I ate and they never brought me the other taco so I mentioned it to the gentleman that took my order, he said he would bring it out right away so I asked that It be placed with the burrito to-go. When I got home and started to heat up the taco I noticed it wasn’t a shrimp taco but a pastor taco with a lime that had been eaten by somebody else inside the meat. It appears that the taco was going to be thrown out or something. In side the plastic bag contained a bottle cap from coke bottle like it was used for trash. Bye the way my friend pulled a piece of plastic wrapping from his taco. I have patronized the restaurant in the past and had problems with my order before but just let it go. This time I’ll start taking my business...

If you’re in the east AV, you have to check this place out!

I have had reviewed my fair share of asada fries, and these are great! They have a yummy orange sauce, pictured below, that gives them a deep, smoky flavor. The meat is cut into strips, which goes great with the thicker steak fries they are served with. It was so tender and juicy, and the toppings complement each other perfectly. Everything was fresh and delicious, not to mention they were only 13 dollars. It’s hard to find asada fries for less than 15 dollars nowadays, much less such a hearty portion.

The customer service was outstanding. Our food was out quickly, and the woman in the kitchen was so friendly and attentive. The young girl cashiering was equally as kind and knowledgeable about the menu, a pleasure to be served by.
