Sun Key Village — Hotel in Palmetto

This is the worst community to live in. Everyone is very “lickish”. If you aren’t in the right group you will be called out, disgraced and told you don’t belong.

They claim it is a luxury community then they have one of those large flying flags out front advertising homes for sale. NOT A SIGN OF LUXURY. Very tacky and cheesy. It just show how desperate they are to get people to buy in the park. Residents are moving out faster than those moving in.

Ed, the manager, is a crook so watch out. He will lie, cheat and take your money. He must have something on the owners to still have his job. He isn’t much of a manager as he never leaves his office. I’m sure he is afraid of what people will say and do to him.

The HOA controls the park and all the activities. People have been turned down for events because they weren’t part of the “in crowd”. Favoritism runs rampant in this park. The people on the board have the “Hitler” mentality — do what I say, when I say it — I’m in charge. It’s pathetic how these people changed once they were elected to the board. Give them a bit of power and it goes right to their head.
